Salema Eco Camp - Sustainable Camping & Glamping is a recently renovated campground in Salema where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. There's a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. There's a sun terrace and guests can make use of free Wifi, free private parking, and an electric vehicle charging station. Some accommodations include a balcony with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower. There is an on-site family-friendly restaurant, coffee shop, and bar. - We booked the willow tree dome for 2 nights and it was very nice and comfortable. Cool bamboo insides.
- Laura in the kids club was amazing, the kids loved it. We love the property, amazing restaurant, loads of trees and birds and the staff are always absolutely wonderful.
- The staff that welcomed us, the camp itself and its facilities
Cons -
- Extreme amount of mosquitoes around. Very wet and muddy on the way to the washing facilities. Bed had a bit of hole in the middle, we rolled toward eachother.
- For some reason we were put into a teepee that was situated in an enormous puddle, it was so swampy and damp and the mosquitoes were very bad. Such a shame because weve been to Salema before and had such a great stay.
- The access from town - walking on the side of the road with no pavement, didn't feel safe in the evening hours.
