Incredible location with beautiful walking paths and views of the mountains from the restaurant and the roof. Room was tidy and comfortable for me and my sister. Staff were very friendly. Dinner ends at 8:00, we arrived too late so we walked up the hill to another restaurant. The breakfast was generous with lots of options, and they assigned us a table on the terrace facing the mountains that was ready when we arrived.

I like that they gave us a fan. Most hotels do not have air conditioning so it can be hot in August but it was fine. We wanted to stay an extra couple of nights and didn’t want to have to figure out a new place to stay and they gave us a couple more days at the same price.

The hotel is old and needs updating but I’m sure it’s expensive to do since it’s Switzerland

Location, cleanliness, simple design and decoration

Everything unusually small, and certainly not in line with the price: the room as a whole, the mini beds, the micro bath. To withstand the stay you need a certain amount of stoicism

Spectacular view from room on the lake and mountains! Cozy, very clean room, very good breakfast with local farm product, great variety of local cheese and bread! We had very pleasant stay.

Chose the lake view room and definitely one of the best views out there. Room size slightly small but bathroom is spacious. Breakfast with views were to remember. Property has great views and walkable areas. Close to stoos funicular

We checked in by 8pm and since it was out ot checkout hours, we had some trouble. They had mentioned wrong name for our room keys kept in reception and that caused quite a delay to figure out but it was solved.

Outside Ambience was good.

We were given a room in guest house which was very mediocre as compared to the photos shared on Booking.com. It was very warm being on top floor and without air conditioning. Breakfast was very basic with limited options. As compared to the price I paid it was not at all good value for money.

Clean, nice updated rooms. Great patio looking out over the lake. Friendly and helpful bar staff.

I had to walk 10 minutes from the bus stop. No receptionist on duty after 7pm so any makes it difficult to get a new key. (Mine was stolen). All instruction left at desk where in German.

Location is good , the view and the smell of the nature is amazing. You sleep peacefully. We arrived late , our key was ready on the reception so we just took our keys and went to the room.

We arrived late in the evening and left early after the breakfast so it was a very short stay. but the lady working in the restaurant does not even say good morning, no smile , nothing, I did not feel welcome. It was like she is disturbed we were there. If I would be staying more I would comment on that. Breakfast was poor too. You should boil your own egg it’s not even cooked.

Location and view was nice, breakfast was decent

No elevator and had to carry heavy luggage’s up and down 6 flights of stairs which hurt my back and ruined the trip. Room had no air conditioner and so hot to sleep in during warm weather.

The location was amazing. The views all over the hotel were beautiful. I had the private room with the shared bathroom. The bathrooms were always very clean when I used them.

Could have been more options at breakfast like eggs

Very clean. Gorgeous views and a place to relax! Quiet. Decent breakfast. Comfy beds. Basic room to stay and sleep. No frills.

Extremely small rooms. Not even enough room to sit on the toilet without your knees kitting the sink. ? No AC or fan and not great circulation. They need to provide at least fans for the summer months.

Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty of Morschach, the views were absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Rooms were cozy and impeccably clean, offering the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Very very quiet environment.

The incredibly kind and helpful staff! We do not speak German and their English speaking ability was so appreciated. The manager upgraded our room. The view from the dining area is spectacular! The food was good, and the wait staff was so kind to help me avoid foods at the buffet with nuts, due to an allergy. Also the art work on display throughout the site was fantastic!

I cannot think of anything we did not like.

Marvellous location with an unmatched view on thé lake and wonderful building of thé 1960's, concrète glass and wood, recently renovated. The structure is aimed to host originally franciscan groups and grew into a Real hôtel hosting all kinds of visitors. Do not expect to have the animation and fancy features of a city hôtel. But it is an extraordinary place.

Location, location

Rooms are very small and basic. The bathroom is to small can hardly move let alone bend over. Unfortunately the food was not very good again very basic/simple

no elevator till 5th floor, bathroom new but very small (barely fit in it), breakfast buffet poor, no tv in the room (used my own pc to watch some news)

completely new renovation with appliances, beds, etc. everything is clean and high quality, gorgeous view on one side of the complex of the lake and mountains. normal location where it is convenient to get to by car and not far from the bus stop. nearby stables where you can spend time and a small indoor pool.

relatively small rooms in terms of square footage, and the bathrooms are also very compact. this is not a hotel in the classic style, please note if this is important to anyone. Of the biggest minuses that we found were 3 cockroaches, which were successfully killed with a slipper.
