I liked the swimming pool, play Kids area, the view of my room, there were different activities for kids and close to the center of the town and sea

The sheets of beds looks not really good and it’s very old and the bed very close to the kitchen, there was no English signs

The pools and water slides were great!The children’s buffet at breakfast was perfect.

We stayed at the hostel part, which was quite cramped, and not really clean.

Seemed like alotTo do on property but most was closed it appeared.

The hostel area smelledOf diapers and some sort of strange odor. Very spendy for the size room and amenities staff at the on restaurant were rude. Ordered a margarita pizza and received what looked like a frozen cheese pizza.

I have to pay city tax and 129 CHF charge for room clean service even when we did not even use the blankets.Clean service charge, in general, was an unexpected and unpleasant "see you soon" at the end of the journey, despite staff kindness.All the amenities inside were available and awesome, but outdoors were only available starting from Wednesday. The mattress of the main room is very old. I could not rest at all

Beautiful quiet location with amazing hikes on your doorstep. Great accomodation (2 bed apartment) with everything we needed, spacious. Amazing out & indoor pool areas with lazy river, jacuzzi, slides perfect for all ages. Town of Brunnen and swimming in the lake 30 mins steep walk down but manageable and worth the walk (bus also available ).We ate in Thai restaurant it was delicious.

When we arrive, we received a “PRISON CELL,” my wife and I can barely fit in the space for a Kids size. It was literally a 2 to 3 ft space where my wife and I could move. No bath towels provided hence the place is for the size of kids. So we go to the front desk and express our concerns and they said they could “DO NOTHING” for us. They didn't due anything to make their guests happy and comfortable! So the reason we are writing this is because we are going to proceed to get a FULL REFUND! We used booking.com for other 5 hotels for our 28th anniversary and we were SUPER HAPPY!

Beds in the rooms werent the best, and in general the rooms feel a little old and outdated with some need for renovation.

Complimentary breakfast and free meals for the kids saved a lot of money. The pool and 'Superdome' were wonderful for the kids!

The property lacked essential services. The rooms were very small and had no basic amenities like drinking water, a fridge, or air conditioning. They overcharged me beyond the original booking amount with unreasonable additional fees. Prices were inconsistent—there were no standard rates for rooms, food, or services, and they did not clearly communicate any cost changes or seek consent in advance. The cost of accessing games and resort activities was not disclosed upfront. There was no way to contact hotel staff during the stay, and they were generally unhelpful. The hotel policy for additional guests was unclear—they charged extra even though the room could accommodate two people.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to and this is a great place for kids to enjoy their vacations . With all the fun activities that you can do including water slides , trampoline park , arcade, pool, etc. The kids also had three foods of the day completely free which was amazing and really easy for the parents to access food when they need it + Amazing views!!BEST HOTEL EVER 5 starts

Restaurants and shop is painfully expensive. Try other options in town. Kitchen in holiday homes are minimally provisioned - few utensils. We had more guests than cups.

Bathroom door cannot be closed properly. Need to bring your own toilet paper and towels.

The area where the most beautiful saunas are located is only required to be used naked and hotel guests who do not want to use this area where naked people walk around cannot use the high-quality sauna and have to use the Therme Irish area for a fee.

I liked that the pool was free and the bands were really good way to get in and out and check into places. I thought that was clever.

A bit expensive and I would have appreciated the garage to be included into that price

Location is good, staff was nice and some stuff helpful.

The place didn’t provide necessary human survival things, such as: Soap, drinking Water, Towels, enough amount of Toilet Paper to cover the days of staying at the location, limited food choice, restaurant closes early. All of this you have to buy it yourself, apart from paying a ridiculous amount of rental towels fee.

Great location to take advantage of the hikes around Stoos and a day-trip to Luzern. The wrist band instead of keys was a great feature for a group.

Everything in Switzerland is expensive. Having students able to charge to their rooms was difficult.

Breakfast and room was very nice.

Pool was crowded and hard to find.
