The view from spa was so beautiful.The receptionists were helpful and fun to talk.Location just perfect to explore more around.This hotel is true diamond.

Great location and well maintained property.

The staff wasn’t the best. We wanted a desert to take to the room for a movie and snack and the front desk basically laughed at us. They could have made it happen if they asked the restaurant but they didn’t even want to try. We paid a lot of money to stay there, I expect better service.

I almost like everything about this hotel , super friendly reception, and thoughtful design for the guest . Free minibar , free coffee and free spa area. Breakfast is small options but have everything I need . The location is amazing, face to the lake and the view from the room is so beautiful. Many nice restaurants around.

The pillows are really not comfortable, we have to ask another one , however they are still not comfortable, either too soft or too hard . The Spa area is small , not a problem for us because we went in a low season time , however it can be a problem if you plan to come in a busy season. Sauna are need to naked.

Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

Booked the Executive double room with lake view. The pictures on booking show a double balcony with lake view and large room. The actual room only had one small balcony with a partially obstructed view due to a large wall on the side, and looked exactly like the Superior double room photos on booking, that is cheaper. When asking the staff whether we were in the correct room, we were told that the size of the bed dictates the type of room, not size of room or balconies. I can understand this, but did feel cheated as the room we got did not look like the room we were expecting based on the pictures on booking and had been looking forward to the lake view, which was obstructed. I believe the pictures on booking should be changed.

The view from the room was fantastic, size of executive double room was good, access to SPA and jacuzzi and availability of drinking water, fruits, tea and coffee throughout the day

no air conditioning, with temperature reaching over 30 degrees in summer, the hotel needs to have some sort of air conditioning for rooms, repetitive breakfast with such a small spread, we were fed up of eating the same egg/muesli combo for 5 days. The 2nd double room was much smaller.

The parking - the parking was very limited for a hotel of this size.
