Weisses Rössli Swiss Quality Hotel

Staff were very helpful, kind and polite.

The location was amazing with the old town right out the door.

There was a lot of noise in the alley at night with partiers behind the hotel

I loved the proximity to the lake.

Listing showed free parking, but I had to pay.

Stayed here over night on a road trip South. Very convenient location from/to highway, yet quiet and very beautiful and scenic. Typical for Switzerland, the room was functional and clean, but otherwise on the more frugal side of things.

Our room and bathroom were a fantastic size and the bed was so very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and informative about the local area and experiences. Great breakfast too. Would stay again.

It's a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. We stayed in the annexe which was very good, quiet and comfortable. Brunnen is a beautiful town and well worth a visit, the ferry is only a short walk away. We also had secure parking for our motorcycle.

Great centrally located hotel with a good restaurant. I have a very large room in the main building with 2 balconies. There is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel with very regular buses which all go to Brunnen station and beyond. My room was on the back of the hotel with a nice few of the mountains and it was very quiet. The hotel is a few steps from the lakeside and there are numerous restaurants, shops and cafes all within easy walking.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The staff were particularly helpful

The balcony wasn't really pleasant as it opened on an inner courtyard, dark and cold.Not much in the way of places to be outside the bedroom.

Very good location right by the water.

There was a kitchen, but only one fork no spoon or knife and no microwave.

The Hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the lake and beautiful views of the snow capped mountains, very picturesque, The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and the restaurant had a great atmosphere and with great food, the staff were friendly and polite.

Overall a great stay, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable but apart from that very good.

Located near beautiful lake in the small cosy city, very nice and clean, restaurant is cute in winter. The rooms are big, staff is very nice, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Room separated from main building but not too much of an issue if its not raining.Fair bit of noise at night but it is a hotel and to be expected

The setting of the actual hotel is lovely with a lake view and less than 10 minutes from the station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and breakfast was pretty good with a wide choice.

As a Booking.com guest we were shown to a group of ‘hutches’ behind the main hotel with a view of the car park and kitchen. This was despite the hotel appearing to be only half full - moving us to a room in the ‘proper’ hotel might have been a good marketing strategy…!

Pillows - rather uncomfortable

Hé hôtel is one minute walking distance to thé lake, Amazing location. And great breakfast!

We were in the annexe of thé historical building, it was not clear in out réservation. No view...We had to Park our car about 200 meters further. Can bé annoying for older people.

Easy to find, right in the centre of Brunnen, good sized lift, and good car parking close by. Room wasn't air conditioned but had lovely opening windows and was provided with a good fan. Excellent breakfast, although dining room a little hot, and staff helpful as it's difficult to manage a buffet when you use a walking stick.

It would have been great to know about the parking discount (you pay at the hotel) before I paid the full day rate. It would also be good if the rooms were provided with a small refrigerator, or an ice maker provided that guests could access.

Have now stayed there a few times and generally good except above.

Excellent spot in the centre of Brunnen water front. Numerous bars and restaurants on the door step. Private parking behind the hotel can be reserved in advance for an additional fee. All staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful, top marks.

Room was on the rear of the hotel. Not well lit so a little dingy. No air con which is the norm in many Swiss hotels. Room dated but functional. Warning for any guests who may be travelling with children, the shower is not a thermostatic mixer so can go very hot or cold with no warning. Buffet breakfast is best described as adequate.
