Great location and a beautiful building, especially if you get a room in the old building. Nice people and good restaurant. Breakfast can be improved a bit, but totally match the price you pay. Area, garden, and pool are exceptional.

Cleanness,staffs were little bit nervous maybe because of amount of guests.Quality of the room.

The traditional atmosphere was great, the furniture and the interiour of the building reflected its history.Loved the food, huge portions!

- the old building has a unique style (the property has an old and new parts)- the parking was convenient- the location was good for Kaprun skiing- we had a good dinner right across the road, location OK

1. the first day we were not early for breakfast (we came at 8:30, the breakfast is from 6 to 10) and there were no glasses, cups for tea coffee, and half of the range of food was gone (the second day, we came early, we could compare). Many of the tables were in a mess.2. We came late, at 22:30. I specified that in the booking.com form, but I think the hotel did not notice. We were lucky, the bartender sorted things out, but if we came a little later, I feel we might have big trouble to get into our rooms

Very nice spa area, the common area is amazing with lots of very beautiful well-cared plants. The location is perfect for skiing vacation.

Staff was polite and restaurant was good.

We had to end our visit before planned because bad air quality caused our symptoms. There wasn't any air conditioner. We were not happy with the breakfast. Building and rooms are old.

- Pillows and blankets from down filling. I am allergic and there was no one to replace it for hypoallergenic when I find out in evening.- not clean pool water- rude bartender - not clean towels - poor selection breakfast, no vegetables - they forget that we paid for the room during check in and traied to charge us again during check out - no invoice provided - old furniture - not comfy sellping pads

It is a beautiful old property with lots of charm and character.There was good parking for our motorbike; we chose to park on the road outside, although we were also offered undercover parking.

There was no kettle in the room.

Don't stay if you have a dog

Room was dated, dreary with stains everywhere and towels you wouldn't put near your body. Everything needed freshening up. The pool was dirty which was a shame as we'd been looking forward to using it. Unfriendly dog loose in hotel, who after growling at me, ran into the elevator and had our dog by the neck (we had informed them prior to arrival that we had him). We were told that one of us should go in, or downstairs to make sure he was put away each time we wanted to go somewhere. Letting their dog have free run of the hotel was obviously more important than comfort of their guests. The waiting staff were slow and offhand. bought out main course whilst only half way through soup. none of the food was that good. They didn't actually charge for our dog after he was attacked. The room was noisy in the morning as the staff congregated outside the laundry under our window, whilst they smoked and chatted.

Big and old hotel. Very nice atmosphere. Big room and nice pool. In city center. Parking garage.

The location was excellent. It was a very traditional hotel with large rooms and an excellent shower with plenty of hot water. The wifi was also very good.

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very disappointing - they seemed to be very old with little filling so you needed 2 or 3 to give you any support. Also the towels provided were small and pretty worn.The breakfast was ok but lacked much variety,

The hotel looks as advertised. An old hotel which gives you the wanted Austrian vibe. Price is very reasonable. Breakfast was included and it had everything you need. We couldn't use the pool because it was pouring rain which was a shame. I would definitely recommend!

No toiletries, terrible hair dryer

The rooms are large and clean. The history and traditional appearance of the place is wonderful. The restaurant foods and breakfast were delicious.

Staff were very helpful. I was leaving very early so they prepared a takeaway breakfast for me.

The hotel staff were nice and helpful, but the main manager, who also worked at the reception, seemed a bit uninterested in us. The room is spacious and the location is good.

The room had an unpleasant odor and was a bit worn out. Although it's an old and kind of vintage hotel, the hotel rooms could benefit from some renovations. Breakfast was very simple.

Well situated, clean and had private garage parking for my motorcycle.
