Hotel LukasMayr

Breakfast excellent, very nice and free SPA- after a ski day is very welcome, the warm water and shower very good pressure and temperature even we had the room to the last floor (4), very close to Kaprun, Zell am Zee, Saalbach!

I parked every day vis a vis in the parking place for another Lukas hotel. I was not able to identify where was the parking place for our hotel.

Room was great value for money. Lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was fantastic and the spa/sauna area was great also

Location, breakfast, family room was awesome. Internet was good, should be much better for a hotel.

The glass bathroom offered no privacy at all. What is that really? Terrible idea. The double room was dark and the bed was not very comfy.

The best thing that I really like that it was with a free parking and the staff were very kind it has a lift and fall inside the room that you can contact the reception. The breakfast was very good.

I didn't like that the laundry service is very high cost. It was like €20 each and that the rooms were not very clean when I got out on the balcony I found out that it's not cleaned.

Great breakfast, clean room.

When asked about if an hour later checkout is possible, I was told that it was if we pay for a whole night. The way the hotel owner said it didn't feel to nice. :) Apart from this it was fine.

The accesibility of the property

There is quite a busy road right next to it. With open windows, its VERY noisy. Also flies..

The room was amazing! Big, bright, quiet, clean with a great balcony looking over the river. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. We had s meal in the restaurant and it was exceptional. We want to return here.

the location is ideal for a bike ride up Grossglockner Hohenstrasse. The breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Good coffee and fresh bread

There could have been more vegetarian options at dinner (protein options for vegetarians) and fresh vegetables

The view of the river is 7\10

The male receptionist The two female receptionists were so cooperative and helpful, but the male one is rude and his responses are like 'take it or leave it' kind of a thing

Good location, nice staff, dog friend hotel

Everything perfect ?Everyone friendly, warm and cozy atmosphere. Also excellent breakfast and dinner.

Amazing place, amazing stay, amazing food, great price! Close to reach Zell am See and Kaprun glacier slopes. Price-performance ratio 1++. We will have to return next year(2026) for the longer stay.

Parking is smaller than the hotel capacity.

Great food, good location, friendly staff

Bad sound insulation/ acoustic in the Deluxe room in the first floor. We stayed 4 nights. First 3 night were fine, i didn’t hear any sound, but during 4th night, there was a very loud buzzing/humming sound all night - most likely from toilet ventilation in the room above us or pump machine in the basement below us. It was unbearable for me - 31,5 decibels when I measured it on my phone app. I couldn't sleep the whole night and I am not that kind of person who is suffering from insomnia, i sleep well. For me personally this last night, was such a bad experience that completely outweighs all the positives this hotel has. However to be fair, I need to say my sister stayed on the other side of the hotel in family room and she didn’t have such experience at all.

Location, close to Zell am Zee much cheaper price. spa, ski storage, pretty hotel, had evening entertainment this was all round excellent value.

It is an okay hotel, price was pretty cheap.

Stuff is unfriendly and inflexible. Especially the senior lady at the breakfast was rude to us because we sat at the wrong table (apparently you have designated seats).We didn’t have control over the heating in the room.I think the stuff is very profit focused. Right after booking we asked for a modification in the dates, it was many days before our arrival. They were again unfriendly about it.One person of our group had fever and needed some painkillers on a Sunday night when everything is closed. They couldn’t care less about it.Breakfast was basic.

Position is close to ski bus, the food was great. Hotel is clean and worm.

The beds could be more comfortable.

This is a traditional, pretty Austrian hotel, where you get a very warm welcome. There is a lovely bar / lounge area to relax in, after a hard day’s skiing. The hotel is next to the river, with some rooms looking out on it, with balconies.

Perfect location, fantastic xmas eve dinner buffet, welcomimg and accomodatimg host. The chembermaids were exceptional, everyone was polite. Ample parking behind the hotel, good location. We would come back again.

Mattrasses could do with an upgrade, they were old and worn, no kettle in the room, no shoehorn in the room, bathrooom light was poor
