The place is beautiful, especially the terrace, I enjoyed it a lot.There is a Spanish waiter that is super good, kudos to him.

The shower flooded, we only stayed 2 nights, we reported it, and they did nothing, but saying they will check it out after our checkout. For me that is a far from a good service, all those things must be checked before a check in.

Staff was extremely helpful, very kind and good-hearted.Breakfast was of good quality and hotel overall was in very good condition with solid facilities.

View wasn't superb, but also not bad as the area was overall peaceful and quiet.

The room was fantastic. Also the Spa was great. Besides from some ignorant and stupid guests, but the staff reacted in the most apropiate way

The first two days, there was no non diary milk available. So we needed to bring our own. Also non diary yoghurt was not available. A Hotel with this standards should have a bit more to offer here.

We spent one night at this nice hotel near the beach. Easy parking, the staff was super polite and attentive. The spa was the best part, clean, not crowded at all, four saunas to choose from and a cosy relaxation area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was really tasty, but on the expensive side.

The breakfast could use some improvements in terms of selection. It was the most basic continental set up. We were surprised to learn that the hotel spa comes at an extra cost, even for hotel guests. We missed an additional cold shower in the spa area. The rooms were OK, but the corridor decor consisting of carpets, even on the walls, could use an update.

Goed location. Nice room met a really nice douche. Goed restaurant with also nice breakfast.

Great place to relax. The room was very cozy and quiet, nice temperature (it was not cold), all the spaces are very clean. There is a nice spa zone with different saunas and whirlpool. The room also has a big bath. Nice and delicious breakfast, polite people. I enjoyed and relaxed.

There was only a multiple use soap in the room, no conditioner, body lotions etc.

Great spa, nice size room with balcony. Very good breakfast. Good choice menu in the restaurant. Very attentive staff.

I thought the hotel closer to the sea, but it was a nice walk to there.

Fabulous staff and always smiling and friendly. Clean, excellent facilities. Rental e-bikes in excellent shape and well maintained.

The spa did not have water available for the guests which seemed strange considering it is supposed to be a 4 star spa.

The Fletcher Strandhotel Haamstede is a very well-kept and beautiful hotel in a very good location to the beach and neighboring towns, such as Renesse. We didn't have to use the car once during our stay and were able to do everything on our bikes. There is a hotel storage room for bicycles directly on the hotel grounds. The room facilities are great. We didn't want for anything. The breakfast buffet was always very plentiful and fresh.The only criticism was the slightly longer waiting time if you wanted to eat a la carte in the evening. The service at the table was always nice but unfortunately not very attentive.

The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable! The breakfast was copious. The hotel is located a short bike ride from the center of town A locked covered storage was provided for our bikes. We enjoyed afternoon drinks on the terrace outside the restaurant. All in all a very pleasant stay..

Very comfortable hotel. Excellent facilities for bike storage. Lovely choice of food for dinner and breakfast.

It was all fine

Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was always the same. Staff did not all use gloves to handle food. In the room the bathroom was very dirty around the toilet. We told the front desk. They sent someone to clean, but was very superfiscial. We had to clean it ourselves.

Beautiful building, nice interior, friendly staff, decent food, decent breakfast. Superb location, close to the beach in the middel of nice surroundings

Electricity was cut off for just over an hour, while in the restaurant. The only thing they offered us was an extra candle. Not even a glass of water or an apology. It wasn't their fault, but didn't make any effort.

As always, great location and perfect beds. I was in this hotel the third time this year and fourth time in total. I will however not come again if things doesn't change.

Why I would not come again? Well in my last fourt visits things go down the hill. Now I eve didn't get the room I have booked. Pictures shows De Luxe room with bath. No bath. Small (the smallest I ever been in this hotel) room. When I asked for bath I was told I have to specify I want to have bath. This was never written, but it was on the picture. Also De Luxe means in my undertanding at lest a littlemore than standart. Room was smallest I visited in this hotel. It has just basic stuff. Also arrogance of the personal is getting more and more. Restaurant is same boring level as always. You can find much better restaurant in the city, even off season.

The steak we ordered was overrated and not at all tasty, sorry guys
