Lovely room and bathroom. Good shower and hot water.

The service in the bar was a bit slow. Food and wine in restaurant a bit over priced.

Comfortable room with unexpected sea view. Handy location for the airport.

Menu was limited. My wife had a burger which was barely cooked. We sent it back and the replacement was only marginally better. Part of the problem was miscommunication between us and the waitress.

Breakfast, garden and view amazing!Rooms also- but you hear your neighbour snoring which is not aceptable in this price range.Dinner was expensive and not good at all. Stuff was funcioning but not welcoming.The only plus is the fantastic view, garden and the house itself. Also as mentioned the yummy Breakfast Buffet.

This Parador was in the perfect place for our early flight the next morning. Loved walking round the beautiful gardens with stunning views down to the sea and Santa Cruz. We had a very good dinner in the evening and an exceptionally good breakfast before leaving.

Only niggles. Could have taken cushions on chairs inside when it rained at night so could use chairs in daytime. Left doors open despite the cool at night.

Nice room BUT don't stay in a room above the kitchen ie 250. Early morning and late evening noise levels very high from below.Bar very uninviting, no atmosphere. Ate twice in restaurant and food very average. Ate out in town after that, lots of choice.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean, and some balconies have a beautiful ocean view. The hotel has a very nice garden too.

The hotel should spread out the guests if possible, especially when the hotel is not busy, as the neighbouring guests were loud.

A truly exceptional hotel. Wonderful location, in a park+botanical garden, beautiful views of the coastline, with the capital city in the distance. Very well furnished, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Overall, great architecture.Superb breakfast. Plenty of choices, options - hot and cold items.Above all, helpful staff. In the reception - Diego clearly stands out. Very knowlegable, charming, always ready to provide advice.Highly recommended.Thank you.

They took 71 Euro for small laundry... (About 2kg).Without even warning about their absurd pricing.Anything good that we can tell about the place disappears in the face of this disgrace.Real pitty

The beautiful botanic garden was a surprise and a real treat. The room and public spaces in the hotel were very nice. Services and food in the restaurant were good.

At this price I would have expected bathrobes to be provided. The 25 euro charge for their agreement to allow us to check out two hours late seems a lot

There's nothing in waking distance, breakfast was not included (my fault for not checking but for the price i expected). You can hear everything happening in the other rooms

An old-fashioned ambiance and a beautiful botanical garden and grounds. Very helpful front desk staff. Good quality food at dinner time.

On our second night, the restaurant was very short-staffed and there was no sign of management to deal with the situation. The two servers were run off their feet.
