The entire place with its beauties. We couldn't stop admiring the work behind everything. It's the kind of place you really need time to explore and wonder around to really enjoy it at its fullest. Spending several days there would be ideal so that you can have a full experience. I knew it was going to be beautiful, but it exceeded any of my expectations, and we were in awe at every step. It was simply wonderful and impressive.

The only thing I wish was different is the menu at the restaurant ??. We did find something to eat, but if I would have to eat several meals there, I would run out of options extremely fast.

This resort is a great place for families with young children. There are many options for spending time as a family, including nice pools (indoor heated all year round and outdoor seasonally). There are also very nice views of Bran Castle and the mountains. At the restaurant there are animations for children at meal times. And the whole family enjoyed the camp fire.

The service at the restaurant is slow and the food is expensive and the portions small. A buffet option, at least for breakfast, would be very convenient. And the owner made his views of the world a bit too present. The place is an interesting combination of genuine beauty (coming from the location and well kept gardens) and authenticity and some kitchiness.

Beautiful place, great views, lots to do while you're there. The room was clean, cozy and very well heated. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is definitely worth visiting.

Breakfast is not included, although the website said that breakfast is available. The restaurant seemed a bit expensive for the quality and quantity of the food. The staff in the restaurant was quite surly when they found out that we were foreigners. The location of the hotel is very good, but the slopes are extremely large. We were told the water was warm but by my standards it wasn't. Maybe 24 or 25 degrees Celsius.

I liked the room, was spacious. There are activities you can do and the location is beautiful.

The restaurant is as most mediocre. The food does not feel fresh, and also there are not any healthy food options for babies/kids. They don't allow food from other locations, and this should require their restaurant to be good, which is not.The activities that are included are not so great. For example, if you want to shoot an arrow, you only have 4 arrows per person, that ot is the whole activity.The games that are present in the building game are not in such good condition or there are parts missing and you can not use it anymore.

The view was breathtaking, it was like a fairytale because it snowed and we had wine near the campsite and the folk music was perfect for that evening ..."a venit iarnaaa". Moreover the kids had a lot of activities during the day, too many I would say to choose from - it is exhausting for the parents to go to all of them...

The facilities and activities for children, the organization of activities, beautiful location, friendly staff. The organization method for expressing the desire in advance for food, as well as the fact that during the entire stay with them, they allocate a table just for you, if you choose the all inclusive option.

The food did not excel at all, for the all-inclusive option. Mediocre menus, small portions, dishes that are repeated every day. It takes a long time until your food is brought. Prices a bit high for accommodation facilities.

Many nice photo spots in the resorts. They have a full week of activities for their tenants. Nice view from the balcony of my room.

The pillow is too soft, literally too flat.

The manager has an attitude and was lying to us! We asked about soup wich is in menu and waitress says that they don't serve soup after 5 pm. I ask to talk with manager but he came with different stories. He said ; we don't have any soups anymore and if you don't like it you can go?. Bad attitude! ,thats why we didn't eat anymore there in the restaurant!

Bathroom not clean, to much noise in the morning cleaning ladies, mosquito net is missing, my children suffered because of mosquitos bites.

The pool ia clean, the location and the view are very nice, the facilities for kids are good, but the same over the last 7 years, no upgrades.

The rooms arent so clean and there ia no daily cleaning. The food was poor quality ans for the a la carte meniu, the waiting time for serving the food ia over one hour

Absolutely fantastic! There are daily, multiple activities for children. The rooms are very spacious, cozy, clean, with plenty of spare space and a balcony with breath taking view! The whole resort is well maintained. There are benches , chairs and sun loungers all throughout the property with amazing photo opportunities! There are so many things to see that 3 days were just not enough! The Bran Castle is 25 mins away by foot which is great. There are tenis courts, pools, games room ( billiard, ping pong etc) ….Food at the restaurant inside the resort is amazing, varied, tasty . They have entertainers every night which is quite pleasant and interesting.The pools are great and again very well maintained. For us it was absolutely worth every penny and more and we will absolutely and definitely return for a longer stay! Very good value for money!Brilliant place to be in! Great job to whomever owns it.

I believe a small shop would be helpful inside the resort.

Nice views of the surrounding countryside. Staff were friendly and the food was good. Would suit families staying for a few days. Clean and tidy, good value for money:)

Bit of a trek up the side of a mountain from the rooms to the dining area. Hotel is more suited to family package holidays and we only intended to stay one night. Also no air conditioning in the rooms which is a pity considering the hot summers.

The pool is excelent, warm and with a view. The room was clean and spacious. The are a lot of activities for the kids, including horse/poney riding free of charge if you are staying in their accomodation.

Our accomodation was at the reception and, in order to reach the restaurant, you need to go up on a big slope with 2 strollers.Also, we didn’t liked that we didn’t have an elevator in the accomodation and we had to go up by stairs with 2 small kids and strollers.

Too many kids everywhere. There is a need for an adult only area. Pool and restaurant. Kids constantly bump into you and scream!!!

Lovely staff, great room with a view from the balcony of bran castle and very clean and great value for money. Can't fault in any way and would definitely go back

It is the perfect place to visit with your children. They'll not have time to get bored, a lot of activities for childrens and the staff never disappoint. This was my 4th visit after many years and the moment I arrived I was wow! A lot of changes, in better, of course, it was as i was visiting again for the 1st time.My daughter was thrilled from the 1st moment till the last second of our visit and now she's waiting forward next visit.

As always the cold feeling as you enter the room due to floor tiles and the lack of presence of a carpet or a rug ( don't get me wrong, in the room was very hot, almost disturbing) - another weak point is the fact that if you wanna get a coffee from different places inside the complex like pizza terrace or reception (except the restaurant) you have to pay with cash ?
