Good nice staff, included breakfast and good location so i really liked it thanks so much

What i think that it needs more plug to put phone to charging there was only one in my room and it was in such a weird place but that was the only downside

The outside space was lovely and breakfast was nice. Location was also good.

We booked a standard double and the room did not match the photos. The room was tired and dark and in need of refurbishment. Expensive for what it was.

Breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Attention to detail in comfort.

Family environment and friendly staff. They always helped with nice fried bacon and eggs in the morning. Nice watermelon and friendly staff.

The pool closes too early.

Very friendly receptionist and knowledgeable. Is a nice family hotel. Room Balcony was great. Breakfast included was generally good and had something for everyone from eggs bacon, cereals, yoghurt breads. Pool area was nice. Location close enough to walk to the town and also the beach promenade to the naturist beach and or Zlanti Rat

Air-conditioner noisy but worked well, Pool area needs another umbrella and Pool hours could be an extra two hours longer,

Outdated. Room smelled of cigarettes. Shower and bed was not comfortable. Needs an update.

It’s overall a nice property with a courteous staff.

The structure is a little bit old fashioned and breakfast could be enriched.Quality-price not adequate as there are more modern options for the same price.

I arrived late at night and couldn’t sleep because it was very hot, and the air conditioning, despite being on, didn’t cool the room properly. I tried to take a shower to refresh myself, but the shower was broken.In the morning, I went to the reception and very kindly tried to inform the receptionist (who seemed to be the hotel owner). I was shocked at how rude and completely impolite he was, saying that the air conditioning was working and that he couldn’t do anything about it. The issue was that it wasn’t cooling despite being on. He became increasingly rude and did nothing to resolve my issue. My stay was completely unpleasant because of this man who treated me badly.I do not recommend this hotel. The bed is uncomfortable, and the price is high for what they offer.

Receptionist was polite and helpful, i liked the way he was quick and how he dealt with our requests. Location quite well, close to City Center and 20min from the main beach.

A nice small hotel, very friendly and helpful owner/management and staff. Well located between beaches and town centre. Pool a bonus. We appreciated our room being ready for an early check-in. Thankyou!

Very nice personnel and it is well situated not to far a way from the town center. From outside it is very lively from inside it is quite old.What I realy liked about it is that they have a small garden where they grow some vegetables.

It wasn’t meeting my expectations but for that price it was very good.

Very friendly family run business. Great selection at the breakfast bar. Pool and surrounding area was clean and pleasant. Provided beach/pool towels which is a bonus. Great location.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from freezing to scalding hot without adjusting the temperature.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of both sides of town and was an easy walk down to the water. The staff were very attentive and gave us great tips about Bol. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable with everything you need.

Great location near the beaches and port. Staff were friendly and the breakfast and pool were a good standard too. The shower was a really good one too after a day on the beach.

The room furnishings were a bit dated, including the mattress.

Loved the place, but there is a climb to get there. We found a better route up to the hotel only after we had lumped our cases up a steep bank ??. Would deffo stop there again.

The location was perfect.

The hotel is quite dated, some refurbishment is definitely needed, especially when it comes to the toilet and the bedroom furniture.

Staff were great, very friendly and very helpful. Hotel and pool area were spotlessly clean. Location was excellent, close to Bol town centre but set back enough to be very quiet.

Breakfast range was fairly limited.

We unfortunately missed breakfast as we had to take the 6 am ferryStaff was helpful in arranging ferry

Wish we could have stayed longer. Great beach area. Beautiful promenade. Fabulous evening concert by the water
