Perfect location with a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel but also 10-15min walk to Zlatni Rat and Bol. Great service. Very clean. The half board includes buffet breakfast and dinner which had many options.

Overall experience at the hotel is sub-par - I would not say that the hotel meets the criteria for 4 stars.1) Hotel restaurant is a major, major downside, which needs big improvement and immediate intervention.Dinner time is open only from 7PM to 9PM - it is quite challenging to find a table (?!) during the dinner. If you come later at around 8:30PM or so - there’s quite a good chance that you will find only some leftovers and no desserts. The dining experience is poorly managed overall, leaving quite a bad impression of the hotel.2) Hotel waiters and restaurant staff are severely understaffed; some of them are very nice, but vast majority need additional training in providing service (same applies actually to majority of the staff at the hotel). Hotel reception works were not the most useful in numerous occasions.3) During breakfast: the juices are watered down to such an extent, that it seems you are drinking water.During dinner (if you have half board) - all drinks (including even water) are extra, so you need to pay for them.4) Sewage in the sink (and a little bit in the shower) was constantly overflowing5) the hotel does not replenish water bottles in your rooms - something that is considered a basic level of service. This is not the first time I was staying at this hotel, but this is definitely the last time (unless, drastic changes are implemented). First time was in 2023 and something has changed in a negative way.

Paid for seaview room but was given a first level room so essentially had a view of the swimming pool and trees.....

Perfect location, only steps to the beach, right on the promenade. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff.

⸻This hotel is advertised as family-friendly, but it’s not at all stroller-friendly. The pool seemed small for the number of guests and is noticeably outdated. We tried it once but didn’t return after the water left us with skin irritation.The rooms are very cramped. With a toddler and an infant, we could barely move around in our D section room, which had no balcony. The poor sound insulation made things worse — we could clearly hear neighbors and guests upstairs, often waking the kids during the night.The kids’ club area is tiny, and the playground is beyond basic. It can only be used during kids’ club operating hours, which is limiting for families.We really wanted to enjoy our stay, especially considering the price, but overall, it was a disappointment. Sadly, we won’t be coming back and can’t recommend it to families with young children. But we definitely recommend Croatia and Brac Island.

Location is good , it’s on the promenade with less than or around a km walk to Zlatni rat beach. Lots of stores and restaurants on the Promenade.. Short drive from ferry point at Bol. Has a nice outdoor pool. Breakfast had a nice spread with lots of variety.

Rooms were a bit too basic for the price charged, unless you are using the amenities it felt a bit expensive for the average rooms but of course you pay for the location :)

I liked the pool. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful except for the blond woman with the fringe at the front desk.

My pet peeve - gouging customers on drinks. It took away from the experience. They are so miserly they shut off the self serve water at dinner. The dinner sift is undermanned and maybe someone will take your drink order before you finish your meal. Make sure you get down to the restaurant early in the sift because items are not always replaced. Also although there are hot plates to keep items warm, generally they were not on.

Excellent hotel, great location with an all around wonderful, pleasant and very accommodating staff! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. The Facilities are above all expections. The food and their buffet were excellent! I would highly recommend to everyone

Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds near Zlatni rat beach . Sea views looking over to Hvar were stunning.Food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spa .I would recommend this hotel . October is ago time to visit as it’s quieter.

Some of the spa facilities were broken and needed repair plus also it wasn’t clear as to wether this was included in my stay. I had specifically asked about this but never received a clear other than an automated response telling me we have approved your request.

This hotel is in a Great location next to the beach and Zalti Rat .The food was delicious with very good selections.The staff were very helpful .The hotel is very clean .My husband enjoyed the tennis lessons every day and I enjoyed power walking on the sea front .Beautifull walk along the promenard to the village where there are lots of restaurants to choose from .The massages we had in the Spa were excellent. We've been coming here for 20 years and will be back again .

Nice, renovated room. Wellness pool is good option for bad weather. Very delicious breakfast and dinner s.

Parking is 8 € per day, but it could be covered by accommodation price.

The location is great—just a short walk from the coast and the promenade leading to the city, and it's also close to the famous Golden Horn beach, which is a nice bonus. The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. While the sea view is nice, it can be partially blocked by threes or hotel buildings. The breakfast and dinner options were decent, offering a fair variety. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The parking situation could be better organized, and the elevator in the C block is quite small, which can be inconvenient at times. It's also disappointing that the hotel doesn’t offer tap water during dinner, especially since the local tap water is perfectly drinkable.

The property was in a superb location . The view from our sea facing room was directly above the pool area on level four , just perfect . The buffet breakfast and dinner was very good and continually changing each day .
