We liked the food, we liked the location, we liked the pool

To have coffee and water in the room.

The food was amazing, with a wide variety at each meal—even for picky eaters—and the menu changed daily. The rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. The pool area was great for both adults and children, with a shallow section of 40 cm where kids could safely enjoy the water.The air conditioning worked perfectly—not too cold and not too hot. We had two bedrooms and a “living room,” each with its own independently operating AC unit (note: all windows must be closed for the AC to work, as they have electric contacts).Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for families with children, with plenty of activities and facilities for everyone. The beach was nearby and offered lots of natural shade. It’s only a 10-minute walk to Zlatni Rat Beach and just 3 minutes to the closest beach.

Even though parking costs €9/day (i don't mind paying), it is neither monitored nor well-organized. We arrived in the evening, and I struggled for 36 minutes to find a spot, as it was overcrowded—even in September. (I believe Bonaca, Elaphusa, and Borak all share the same parking area.) It really should be managed better to prevent cars from being blocked when guests need to leave in the morning.Another minor issue is accessibility: not all areas are suitable for wheelchairs or baby strollers. At times, you need to walk over the grass to avoid stairs.

There is to much ants in the rooms.

The room was nice and the AC worked well

The kids. There were too many kids. The facilities only catered to kids. We could barely use the facilities because there were screaming, rude kids all over the place. The other guests would wake up extremely early putting towels to claim the chairs preventing anyone else from being able to leverage the chairs and facilities. Most the time nobody was ever there.

We had a really nice stay. The rooms are new and tidy. The staff, especially from the TUI Kids Club was great. Our son had a lot of fun there.

In the off-season, the indoor seating at dinner was a bit scarce from time to time. The playground could also be looked at.

Everything was perfect.The rooms are new, neat and clean. Every day the rooms are cleaned and you get new towels.The staff is more than friendly.Breakfast, lunch and dinner are excellent, all the food is fresh and tasty, you can choose between at least 15-20 dishes every day.All in all, the hotel is excellent and I recommend everyone to come and see for themselves.

Very clean and easy reachable, food was delicious every day different but something for everyone. Servers were quick. It is near Zlatni Rt and the city

No one took us to the room and you have to search it yourself and when you are new to some place it is not easy to find.You have to pay for parking even though it is theirs. The are no sunbeds on the beach ,I came to swimm in the sea not in the pool ( I think hotel should offer some kind of deal to their guests at least to pay less for sunbeds cuz sunbeds on the beach are pricey )and you have to pay for drinks at the bar ( I mean what more should I pay ?). Price of the hotel is high and you have to pay all these little things extra

Exceptional clean and spacious rooms, fantastic staff, 2 very nice size pools, amazing food. Special thanks to the two restaurant girls Medina and Lea for every smile, small talk and very welcomed service like you are part of the family. Everything was amazing and will come again for sure. Well done ?

Good location, not bad food

My room was full of ants. When I complained about it at the reception and asked to change the room, they said that there are no other rooms available and they offered me to find a hole from where ants are coming and they will close it…. Later, from the other gusts, I found out that the previous guests also complained about this room and they were relocated. Also after me the hotel immediately checked in next people in the room. So administrators know about the problem, but they just don’t care, for them it is absolutely normal to provide the rooms completely infected by ants to some guests. Nobody even apologised. The room number was 8001. So do not take this one. I am not sure about another rooms. Other guests said there are ants, but not too much. Also the cleaning in general was really bad. The guy who cleaned, only changed towels every day. Zero other cleaning was done. To have the floors cleaned I had to complain at the reception again.

The meals were exceptional. A mix of traditional Croatian and Western with so much food on offer. The family room was terrific for 2 people with plenty of room. A short walk to the beaches and into town made staying at Bluesun so convenient.

The grounds were a bit tired in places but this didn't impact the comfort of our stay.

Food was great, rooms as well. Staff in the restaurant and pool bar 2. Especially waitress Sonja at poolbar 2 ?

There were ants in our room. We needed to call for extermination 4 times. Anyway, they came quickly each time.

The food is amazing, huge variety of dishes, every day something new and tasty. Room itself so good as well. Highly recommend this hotel

It's an amazing hotel in a perfect location - only a few minutes from the Borak beach. The room was very nice, everything was newly decorated and clean. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The best thing was the food - delicious, fresh and diverse. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had and I will come back for sure! Bol is a perfect place to spend the summertime.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was modern and comfortable, with premium bathroom, new furniture, USB sockets right from the wall, good TV, comfy bed, nice balcony and excellent WiFi (WiFi 6 with repeater right in the room, well done!). Air conditioner is powerful and quiet (LG distributed system). Minibar was also good. The food was great with plenty of everything. There are excellent cappuccino machines (Julius) for breakfast. But strongest point of this hotel is their staff. Workers at the reception, in the restaurant and cleaning service were among the best I have ever seen in Croatia!

This hotel is full of kids, so if you are looking for 'adults only' environment, you will not find it here.

Everything was excellent - the facilities, food quality and variety, entertainment for kids, kind and helpful staff.
