Beautiful surroundings and views all around. Quiet, peaceful and well maintained boutique hotel and restaurant. Very friendly, polite, kind and helpful staff. This is our fourth time visiting and bringing friends and we love it!!

    All is ?

    - Unique property- nice pool-Hotel check-in/ reception staff was great - Room was large and had unique tub and bed. Great for couples.

-Restaurant staff had the slowest service ever. There were only 3 tables and yet they were not attentive. Food and wine was not matched well. Did not offer or try to tell us much about the menu or make suggestions. Had to look for them for every order and to pay at the end. - there was no creamer in the room with the coffee

    Quiet place.Very relaxing.Niice food and wine.Exelent restaurant.Friendly personal.

Lighthing in the room very dim.Ventilation in the bath not working.Temporary repair with silicone in bath.Slightly overpriced for the room condition.Very small TV for such a big room. Need binocular to read subtitles.

Beautiful location, rooms and kind staff.

No coffee mashine & mini bar in the room.

We love this place! Excelent taste in furniture and interior design. Warm and welcoming staff, delicious food and fine wine in the restaurants, fresh air and free walking animals like geese and rabbits. We even saw deer and peacocks.

Highly overpriced, a little tacky and not hygienic at times. Extremely expensive experience and although the views were stunning, there was very few luxuries at hand. Would not recommend based on our experience!

    - the surrounding area, very quiet and peaceful, many bunnies and birds roaming- the breakfast- the toiletries in the room

    - the attitude of some of the staff- no elevator (had to carry our bags up the stairs and no one offered to help)- policy of not bringing food/drink into the hotel, however no minibar in the room, no room service, no telephone in the room, majority of times we had to search for someone to actually ask a question to or get served. After 11 PM you are completely on your own as all staff disappears.- poor menu in the main restaurant (we did not get to eat in the other one as it closes at 3 pm) - no decent vegetarian options, main dishes are with meat, smelly cheeses or snails :(- the room had cracks in the walls (both in the bedroom and in the bathroom), bathroom switch was making funny noises and would not turn on the electricity every time, there were even parts of the loft that were missing and some blue material was showing.

    3HamishPosted on: 9-8-2024

Views from the room were great, the buildings etc were nice and picturesque. Clearly there has been heavy investment into it. One young male member of staff was attentive and very professional, wine was very nice.

It would be nice if front of house staff would welcome guests to the hotel and show us around/let us know what facilities there are available etc. Later found out that guests have to pay extra for the spa? Swimming pool was absolutely filthy and totally disgusting. Old plasters and all manner of filth in the pool. Dinner was truly terrible. The most expensive meal we had in our 10 days in Bulgaria and it was the worst meal we had. Main course took 1 hour to arrive and we were one of two groups eating in the restaurant that evening. When it arrived the pork chop was served with 4 slices of carrot and was overcooked. Staff were generally pretty uninterested in taking orders for drinks. We sat for half an hour on our second night in the bar before we managed to find someone to take an order for drinks. Incredibly pretentious ‘house rules’ message in the rooms which included a paragraph saying no food to be brought in from outside the hotel yet the hotel serves no child friendly food.

Very peaceful and quiet place surrounded by the beautiful mountain and wine valley, nicely landscaped garden with running around rabbits, peacocks walking and a funny donkey. Excellent food and wine, dinner in the winery restaurant terrace under the stars is amazing.

    All was good, thank you!

    Unique property

Pool area needs an update and no bar apart from drinks served in the restaurant.

    10JudePosted on: 7-25-2024

The hotel is in a wonderful, peaceful area where you can hear birdsong and you feel relaxed in nature. The pool area is fabulous. The restaurant was very elegant. The hotel room was modern and comfortable. We had such a lovely time and feel immediately like returning!

I wish there had been a mini fridge and a kettle in the bedroom

    9RadostinaPosted on: 7-19-2024

The chateau is very beautiful and peaceful with animals that could be seen freely walking around. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious and the staff - very friendly. Restaurant La Cave offers a great variety of wines that complement the exquisite menu. The views from the castle are breathtaking.

-there was no mini bar in the room, so no way to keep water/refreshments cool in the hot summer days-room 101 is located next to the reception - you could hear every noise and understand what people are speaking about-dogs are accepted only in standard rooms and this is valid for small breeds, so check with the hotel before making a reservation

The staff is mega friendly, supportive and really did the extra mile to provide an unforgettable experience for us. Wine tasting and the selection of wines was amazing. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

    7CamillaPosted on: 6-19-2024

    Good

Simple changes could improve it. Laying the tables out on the side of the chateau that has the view of the vineyards, not the car park. Hooks on back of the bathroom doors etc. Staff able to tell you how much the wine costs or find a price list…

    6АлександраPosted on: 5-8-2024

These views, location and wine is just amazing. That’s all. Better to book something else next time and come only for the wine tasting with only one friendly waiter.

The staff is unfriendly…in the restaurant, (except young waiter and the chief, they were very nice), and at the reception. Didn’t even explain where is what and didn’t know anything about the wine tasting. Maybe after this review something will change, but the attitude of the staff left unpleasant memories.

Our stay at Chateau Copsa was amazing! It is in a quiet and secluded area, which makes it a very peaceful environment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The man in charge of wine sales and tasting was very helpful! Even though we didn’t schedule a tasting, he told us a lot about all of their wines and helped us make a selection. The rooms and dining areas are modern and well maintained. The room was very spacious and the bathroom clean and user friendly. Additionally a small bottle of wine was waiting for us in our room when we arrived :) Breakfast was nice and dinner at the “chateau” was great! I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying all of the experiences the Chateau has to offer.

The bed was pretty firm, but still made for a good night’s sleep.
