There were fleas in both the sofa and the bed.

I stayed at this property during my trip to Côte d’Azur / French Riviera. The location of the hotel is ideal, especially for visiting Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and the village of Èze by car. It is perfectly possible to make day trips to all of these places. For those traveling by car, both open-air and underground parking options are available. There is a bus stop near the hotel, but I did not use it. There is a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and a café-bar/restaurant very close to the property. The kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook your own meals. The room also has a small fridge and a dishwasher. Reception services are available during certain hours of the day. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost, but please keep your expectations modest.Overall, the location is quiet, calm, safe, and situated in a very pleasant neighborhood suitable for families.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room we stayed in. However, this seems to be related to the overall management policy of the property. For example, only one toilet paper roll is provided, and once it is finished, you have to purchase your own. Dishwasher tablets are supplied, but if you prefer to wash dishes by hand, you need to buy your own dish soap and sponge. Whether the dishes are properly cleaned or not is left entirely to previous guests, which means you may find poorly washed dishes when you first arrive.Towels are not replaced regularly, and no matter how long you stay, they only change them once every eight days. The rooms are not cleaned daily, as the property does not offer such a service. Cleaning is done only after you check out, which naturally leads to the rooms becoming progressively dirtier during longer stays. The areas under the bed and between the sofa cushions were genuinely dirty.I have not encountered these issues in other European countries. I hope the management reads this feedback and takes the necessary steps to improve these shortcomings.

I liked the location

We booked an apartment for three people, but we didn’t find a second duvet.

The owner, as anyone else, care about her staff. The place is good for light travelers who have a small car

The way to the apartment is not easy at all. Internet is very weak.

Pool was small but clean and nice.There was ample parking.The automated checkin was smooth.

The parking space are too crunched.TV did work for us even after complaining multiple times no one came to fix it.Apartment was ok but doors wernt closing properly and were too noisy.Kitchen was barely usable as it was too small.No glasses to drink water were asked to use tea cups instead.Limited number of cups.No space for dustbin.Sofa bed really uncomfortable and would always bring back pain next day.Breakfast was very basic crossiant, bread,juice,waffel,etc not worth 14 euros.All in all stay with family might be difficult here.

Pool, location, mountain view

The room was clean. They gym facilities are outdated, The pool area was clean. The reception was informative and pleasant.

No one at reception from 12:00pm noon to 5pm.

Bit hard to find, not well indicated. Check in wasn't until 5pm which after a long drive was a little late for us as we wanted to rest before going out for the night

I have just used the room for sleeping, and there was no issues, the whole studio was more than enough

The bedroom itself is small, but the overall apartment size is ok

The location was good for us to travel to other local places. Shopping centre is also nearby

The swimming pool was not available due to misuse and hygein

Apartment was functional, bed was comfy, residence has supermarket, bakery and stores nearby. Easy access from interstate, free parking.

Building doesn't look like pics in the advertising, the corridors, elevator common areas of the building need urgent renovation, apartment was very dirty and the balcony like they never cleaned it. Fridge was broken almost not cooling. Bad smell in the bathroom.

Nothing. We’ve been swindled to pay for an appartement with a balcony and front view and we’ve been given this prison-cell look-a-like with a view to the car park, so that everyone that was parking their cars there looked straight into our rooms. The car park, as you can see from the picture is at a higher level than the room. We were literally in a ditch!

The apartment with terrace or balcony never happened, instead we were given one at the back, in a literal ditch. We completed at the check-in but we were told rudely by the receptionist that all the rooms are given in advance, although we booked ours on 12th of January for late August!The same rude receptionist told us specifically not to touch the aircon setting as they set it up for us. It was set to “cool” to 26 Celsius! And it never kicked in! And when we did, all the dust from the filthy vents was flying around the room. Pics attached with the filthy vents! If you don’t have asthma when you get the room, then you will definitely have after 2-3 days breathing that dust.The fridge-freezer had only a shelf and was missing the freezer door which meant it was full of ice and didn’t cool anything. We reported back to reception just to be barked back that “we don’t have technician in this week and next week!”. Then the 2 receptionists were giggling behind us when we went back to the room.The extraction in the bathroom doesn’t work and we had to keep all the windows and doors opened after having a shower, but even so, there was disgusting mould on the wall (pic attached).Again, “we have no technician to fix it mister”.Overall so disgusting. We had to throw food away as it spoiled in the fridge.I had to improvise a night light from a torch/flashlight since the one on my bedside didn’t work at all. Again, “no technician available”.To add to insult, it felt like living in a prison cell since we had to have the blinds down most of the day so people won’t stare into our rooms from the car park. Imagine going to Cote d’Azur and having to keep the blinds on during the day not because of the sun but because of bare minimum privacy. And speaking of privacy, our living room sliding doors opened straight on a patch of grass that is common to all the apartments in that ditch where the car park is.

Once we could enter we had a parking space and there's a supermarket near by. Unfortunately not much good can be said about this place, I'd recommend to look for a different place to stay.

We arrived at 12:30 because it said that reception is open until 13:00, unfortunately it wasn't. There were staff inside but they wouldn't open the door nor the gate to the parking space. We had to kill 4.5h in the middle of nowhere, because that's where the hotel is located. We've spend some time around the supermarket and went to the nearest village (Biot), which was nice but way too hot to enjoy. After 17:00 we could finally check in and park our car. When we entered our room, the neighbour's dog was barking constantly, walls seem to be made from paper. The apartment looked very run-down and unclean (see pictures). The "bed" for our kids was an unconfmy sofa which we first had to turn into a bed ourselfs and but on the sheets.With unpacking, shopping and dinner it was almos 20:00 when our kids wanted to enjoy the pool, only to be notified that it will close at 20:00. Which in hindsight was a good thing, when I looked down to the pool it was small and full with people, didn't look enjoyable. I still can't get my head around the fact that the normal price would be 264€ per night, thanks to booking.com we only payed 113€.

Nice, clean apartment hotel in a quiet location. Although we arrived at the hotel around 11 pm (and the reception is open until 8 pm), we did not have any problems entering the hotel and the parking garage because the instructions we received from the hotel earlier were very clear and easy to follow. I definitely recommend?
