Cold and static, reception staff good. Restaurant staff bad besides the wonderfull portugese lady. The other staff negative attitude.

Great that the hotel is dog friendly, the room is decent, great location by being close to cities (Mougins, Cannes, Valbonne) but still access to a direct forest walk. Super easy parking.

Hotel guests don’t automatically get access to the spa, it is reservation only. I’ve specifically booked this hotel to go to the SPA, which I was refused because “its fully booked”, but that was really not clear to me at the reservation step. One also have to pay €15/hour, in case of course access has been granted. So I wouldn’t call this a “hotel&spa”, its a hotel only.

Location, coziness of the room. Very clean property and friendly staff at front desk! We also loved the SPA and massage! The food was fantastic and great!

Room was super hot, hard to sleep and hard to cool the room down. Also you need to prebook the SPA. So we didn't get a chance to try it as we didn't prebook in advance.

Staff was not nice. When there notice you are not from the French. Or you didn't speak French.

Very clean hotel.

The king size bed was the most comfortable bed we have had in a hotel! The room was spotless, simple and functional. It was relaxing to look out the window and see trees/bushes all around--especially after a busy day in the coastal cities. We never heard neighbors--it was very peaceful! The breakfast was filled with high quality ingredients--such as local chestnut spread, local honey and caramel sauce. The tea was a loose tea from a well known tea shop that I spooned into little sachets. The coffee was exceptional as well. When the scrambled eggs ran out, the staff would refill them--or we could ask and it would be taken care of immediately. The fresh fruit was lovely--passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit and orange wedges, lychee. and the star of any French breakfast--croissants, pain au chocolats, bread, jam, lemon bread, chocolate bread and brioche bread were all simply amazing! Even though there were pancakes, mini-crêpes, bacon, eggs and oatmeal--don't expect an American breakfast in France--enjoy the high quality food! Cheese, charcuterie, cereal, fine yogurts and more were also available! The folks on staff were always polite, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay lovely. We ate dinner at the hotel one evening. Both of our meals (sea bass and steak) were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The meal was a bit more expensive than the two restaurants that we tried in nearby villages, but we enjoyed going back to the hotel and just relaxing after a busy day touring around. We didn't use the spa or pool. Free parking was an incredible bonus!!

Hotel is new, all the facilities are in good shape. Breakfast is amazing. As for the price in my opinion it is value for money. As for the location I was on my car so any places of interest in Cannes or Nice were easily reachable.

Great breakfast, nice cleaning and breakfast staff.

Unclear how rooms were cleaned, spiderwebs were there for several days. No explanation from staff during check-in of all the facilities (such as restaurant or spa).

Value for money. Staff were very nice

Cleanliness - rooms were not cleaned properly, lots of dust and dirt (even a ball of hair) under and around bed.

Fresh modern feel. Nice pool and gardens with hammocks and tennis courts. Restaurant was better than I had expected from this sort of hotel.

They were having some drain issues so from time to time there were some odours in the hall and the bathroom - but not bad.

We enjoyed a relaxing ambiance. All the staff we encountered were great but we especially appreciated Romain! He seemed to go out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

While we didn’t make use of all the facilities, we didn’t find anything to dislike.
