I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The bed was literally full of ants, and I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites all over my body. It was one of the most horrifying experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.I have been traveling for business for over 18 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst experience of my life. I couldn’t believe the level of negligence and lack of basic hygiene standards in a property that claims to offer comfort and hospitality.I strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking this hotel until management takes real action to resolve these issues. No traveler deserves to go through such an unpleasant and unhygienic experience.

After a problem with the AC described below, next day, I talk to the person at front desk and they changed us to another room with AC immediately.

The AC of our room didn't work and I couldn't sleep that night. It was a blast of hot air during a real hot summer night. On top of everything we couldn't open the windows because of the mosquitos.

no elevator for heavy work related cases...not enough parking

It was ok, when I got inside. For that price inday it's fine.

The automatic check in did not work with my card. It had no contactless payments. I had problems with going inside because I arrived when there was nobody in. When I called the hotel the first person just said it's working for sure and disconnected. Only the second one helped me.

- staff at very restricted hours - took some time to be able to check in - no staff- room not very clean- AC has lots of dust- shower area very small and uncomfortable

The reception was very helpful. The rooms are small for 3 people, especially the bathroom, but they were cleaned the room every day.

The room was invaded by ants for the last 2 days.It was so uncomfortable.

It is a clean functional hotel. The room is small but adequate for a few days stay. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The selection of breakfast is limited, but again it's adequate . Thank you to the team for their assistance during my stay!

Location was good

No hair dryer and kettle.

Staff - very kind and tried within what they could; although got impression never escalated major issue (Wi-Fi) Room - fantastic, very good use of space and nice bathroom facilities

Wi-Fi: virtually unuseable (continuous log off, certificates that wouldn't resolve, slow bandwidth) - if not for staff trying I would discount an entire 5 points for this.

few steps away from Mouratuglou tennis Academy. good breakfast. clean and tidy. very helpful & friendly staff.5 - 7 minutes walk to bus stand.

cleaning a disaster, blood in the sheet and sink, chair and soil dirty - if you arrive late there’s no one to complain about

Light shining in windows all night so not dark & room too hot

You get what you pay for: essential room, small spaces, but with simple parking and low prices.

At first I was in a room facing the street and the window let all the noise from the road come in. So I asked to change the room and it was better.

Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and nice. Good connection to Antibes Railway Station, from that to Nice, Monaco and Cannes is just a step away. Free parking. Relaxing and peaceful neighborhoods.

The door hinges need oiling, they creak terribly in the morning, they woke us up because you can hear it through walls. Wi-Fi required reconnecting often with all the requiring data to be refilled - very annoying.

the bathroom was a bit strange.

Good location, not far from the A9 motor road. Parking space. Any time check-in by using the allocated (smart!) machine ( see photo enclosed)in the lobby in several languages. Just follow the Customer friendly instructions. No key to the room, code given to enter. No previous booking is essential. Comfy bed, clean bedlinen, cleanliness, simple but functional design in the room.The choice of breakfast (hot/cold).The apricot jam is devine with brioche! Hot choc, coffe are excellent.Definitely recommended and would love to go back.

When check-in only physical bank card is accepted. Aircon turned off since it was loud.A bit pricey,though since no staff.Room €139, breakfast extra €8,50 pp.

Free parking, comfy bed, easy check in. Location is good if you have a car.

Rooms are quite small but fine if you're just intending on sleeping in the room and being out of your room during the day.

Fine place for one night. Decent wifi, easy parking, comfy beds.

We liked. Responsive staff. The air conditioner was powerful but silent. Quiet location, clean room and surroundings. To the beach 10 minutes by car.

Need one more chair in the room.

There is no way to get a proper invoice with all the detail of the company,even if I send them weeks before when I book the room.and I have this problem in every B&B Hotel
