Nice self-service late check in

Delay getting self-service check in details until about 5 minutes after i arrived to try it

Location was off. It was my first time visiting Germany. I don’t know it was off town. No coffee, no food.

Sweat smel in room. Hair in the bedShower making a lot of noise all the time it was leakingThey didn’t help when we checked in and we had problems. We didn’t received our money back

Everything clean, quite a good price, comfy beds.

The water in the shower could not flow, we have to wait, when we were showering, quite sad.The sink was probably not cleaned very often..

in the time I stayed there the breakfast started too late for working people but I understand that it was between Christmas and New Year. Just an option to get a coffee or something would have been nice.

Pay at the property system dod not work. I put my credit card as garantie for 4 rooms and they deduct me full amount.My friends give me money back so it was OK.

The room was nice, clean, equiped as advertised, with an open reception it would be a 5 star.Location is next to a fuel station and a shopping center, very convenient.

Check-in with closed reception is a nightmare, the lady on the line did try her best, but the location of the device where you can communicate is outside the hotel before it's closed door while the device needed to register a card is inside. The lady can open the door remotely, but it was around 15 minutes to get everything figured out in the entrance area that is a closed space with no cooling and the phone device is rather quiet, when someone entered I had to ask to repeat as it was impossible to hear, it was quiet stressful after an 8 hour journey.

Clean convenient and affordable

Room was really small but for one night it was fine. Air conditioning was a bit slow but better than none!

Good quality bedroom all round with modern bathroom and walk in shower. Good quality bedding.Close to the motorway. Great for stop over.Free parking in outside car park.

Breakfast was not too bad. The woman working the late shift (22.30) was one of the nicest people we have met. Any company would be proud to have her as a representative. I apologise that I did not remember her name.

The room for 2 Adults and a Child (17) was super small. Double bed and bunk-bed above. For a 5 day stay, this was close to unbearable. Also no AC and no way to vent the room efficiently. July Heat!!

Half an hour from Airport. Close to fillingstation. .

There was no air conditioning, and rooms were small.otherwise, things were very good.

room meets expectations, check in can be done any time even if the reception is unmanned. Staff was helpful and friendly.Location is far out of Munich but there is a bus stop less than 200m away (buses stop operating here a bit earlier, better check for last bus to the location). Various supermarkets are very close.
