The location and the style, the restaurant is open through the day.

I needed to change my original room, which was done with ease by the receptionist. The secure parking is very good with good access and large spaces, which all have electric charging points. The hotel is on the beach with a lovely promenade to walk off dinner. I was allowed to take my dog into the lower restaurant, the meal was very good and the staff very pleasant.As a bonus it offers great value 130 Euro including my dog, secure parking and dinner with drinks.

Excellent location, right on the beach. Breakfast was a good selection of cold cuts, fruit but also bacon and both fried and scrambled eggs were available. Private beach area for hotel guests along with a separate patio area. The secure garage parking is a bonus. Comfortable rooms.

Even in early April the hotel’s beach cafe was very popular with locals and the parking area outside the hotel was a constant movement of vehicles. Consequently service could be slow in the guests’ area of the cafe.

Lovely room with balcony overlooking the sea. Hammock, table and chairs and deckchairs for the beach. Room well equipped with comfy bed, fridge, safe and large wardrobe. Bathroom small but clean and well equipped. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room, and access to/from the beach seemed to be via the reception areas or through the restaurant, which wasn’t ideal when wet and covered in sand.

It was very chilly in the evening. It would be nice to see heaters outside at this time of year. As the downstairs restaurant is quite small

Location, location, location... loved the access to the beach. The room, while being compact, still functioned perfectly. Shelves, bathroom amenities, bed.... all close by but with enough room to easily move around. The shower was nice and big with plenty of hot water. Lighting was good. The bed was comfortable. And breakfast had something for everyone and easy access. Lastly, but certainly not to be discounted, was the access to the boardwalk along the beach. Well-lit we enjoyed it after dinner. Oh yes! There are two places to eat; a traditional restaurant and a cafeteria downstairs which was our choice since we were traveling and did not feel the need to have a fancy meal. The private parking was easy to access and a real plus since our car had golf equipment that we felt should not be in plain view.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling the check-in area. There was a lot of noise and disruption when we checked in.

It’s location right on the beach

Nothing that we didn’t like about the property. However we were kept awake after midnight on the second night by people talking very loudly near our room for quite a long time.

Reception staff were excellent, cooked breakfast could have been hotter.

Drainage in bedroom wash basin was poor we reported this, so hopefully will be sorted

The rooms we had 2 balconies, with one over looking the beach & sea , the size of the room & the down stairs cafe / bar !

Beautifull and classy hotel on the best location of Benicassim. Breakfast was marvelous, seeing the sunrise while enjoying a wide variation of bread, yoghurt, cakes, fresh fruit and charcuterie. Definitely try the restaurant for lunch and dinner, great menu and this hotel has the best terrace of Benicassim. Room was good with comfortable bed and a spacious, private terrace overlooking the sea.

Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there was plenty of free space on 1 minute walking distance (in January).

The location, good parking, the staff were polite and accommodating, the food was good, some snacks left out was a really nice touch

A small thing, I was with my dog and it was difficult to get breakfast, a better area and dog tie up would be good, I saw a few people with dogs, I did not want to leave her in the room as she may have made noise. Just a small thing but important to me

Our second visit and we chose to come here for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary as it's a perfect location It didn't disappoint..we will be back!

Position. Fab balcony with hammock, deck chairs and table and chairs overlooking the beach. Watch the sun rise. Small but well appointed bathroom, fab shower. Very comfortable huge beds.

Nothing we didn’t like

Wonderful location, very lovely staff everywhere. Great breakfast, nice terrace bar/resto inside and it’s out open late. Everything one needs is right here—it’s beautiful. Daily cleaning service. Super front desk. And, best of all, my dogs love running in the beach, that is until March 1, then is back on leashes in Benicassim.

I didn’t ask for a quiet room. The room lacked some things mainly in the bathroom. The shower was not consistent and went from warm to scalding and back. No slippers. BUT. Fabulous position and staff on reception good
