- Location
- Comfortable, spacious rooms with its own balcony looking out over a beautiful sea view
- This hotel is 5 star, splendid location with views to mountains, beach and sea. The wellness programmes offered are excellent and although a little expensive are indeed value for money. There are 3 teams of chefs producing delicious food in a fine restaurant staffed by friendly, helpful and an efficient team. I would not hesitate to return.
Cons -
- Hard to find after sunset.No direct beach access from the hotel.Spa and dinner had to be reserved before arrival, so we missed both.
- The property smelled like old cloth. Also I had ants in my room which I notified the hotel personal. I could not sleep well because of ants in my bed !
- Air conditioning was too hot and could not be adjusted. We had to keep the door to the balcony open all night. Not so bad because the outside temperature was not cold. Daytimes it was sunny and mild even in early November

The views were nice and the breakfast was exceptional. The installations such as the gym were great.
The air conditioning was damaged the day we arrived, according to management, and they didn't want to take responsibility for it whatsoever. The beds were ok, the A/C thermostat was for show because it was either on or off, meaning you were either freezing or hot, but considering the A/C was damaged for 66% of my stay it didn't matter. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful and they even seemed upset to have to come up to our room to check on the A/C the first night. When we asked for an iron for the room, we were told we had to reserve it 24 hours in advance. When we asked to reserve a taxi, we were told it had to be 48 hours in advance. The televisions weren't working in any of the rooms that we reserved for our family (3 rooms total). The bathroom became inundated with water very, very easily. There was only one bar of soap to shower and wash your hands (and it wasn't good quality soap as it made my sister break out into a rash). Nothing seemed to flow very easily, with the exception of one of the receptionists, the A/C tech they have on staff, and a couple of the servers in the restaurant. In the worst moments I would compare this hotel to a motel, 2 stars at best. In the best moments, it was still pretty shabby and I'd say it is a 3.5 star hotel. In reality the entirety of the issues would be resolved by having decent (not even good, just decent) management. Additionally, we booked through Booking.com for two guests for our room, but upon arrival we found out the Booking actually DID NOT reserve for 2 people, but for 1, which caused us to have to spend an additional $200 for our 3 night stay. Thanks for that Booking, really pointless to be running a platform that cannot even correctly book a stay for you.

Breakfast not v good , having to pay extra for the gym
Decent facility and decorations, quality stuffs are used including the bathrooms, mattresses, pillows, towels , pools. The plants and the divisions of different ares allow a peace or active feeling. Breakfast is nice too.
The warm water pool is a disappointment, 2 out of 3 waterfall taps are broken… and I was charged for 5 euros to get a swimming cap…. besides the doormen are a young lady and a young boy, they are entertaining each other more than attending the clients, the boy talks in a unprofessional manner.
Fantastic food, from breakfast to dinner. Great views, dedicated staff, beautiful rooms. We got a corner sea view room, wit 2 terraces with loungers and great views.
Noticeable noise of the ventilation system in our room.
Beautiful views, the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. The hotel was immaculately clean. The spa was incredible. I left feeling totally relaxed.
Some people might find the bedrooms dated but to me they were quaint. The bed was really comfortable and the WiFi was fast and available everywhere.
The pool is lovely. Breakfast was amazing and the staff in the morning were great. It is fairly close to the beach, a bit of a walk even if you can see it from the grounds, there is a road and other businesses you need to go around. My room was at the back of the hotel with zero view however which was a complete drag to get to with luggage from a motorcycle and wearing all my kit in the heat.
Parking was a problem for me as it was overpriced to park a motorcycle. Their argument was it takes a space where they could park a car. After a very long day, I was treated like a valued customer by the reception staff. If it is denied I would give more details but it's a long story. I would have liked to use the spa facilities to the fullest extent but they made it impossible for me as I was 10 minutes late for the final window of time for the day and could not see my problem after riding a motorcycle for 11 hours it was exactly what I needed. The time slot was not full but they refused. I was told I could try the morning but there was no guarantee.
Just stayed one night; spacious parking garage (approx 15/night); a la carte breakfast and no buffet; good restaurant/s in the area (loved Masia Bellver); spa with in- and outdoor pools and sauna was included;
I personally prefer a quick breakfast from the buffet;
Lots of facilities, clean and friendly, helpful staff
Meal times
The hotel is in the most perfect location and the staff really could not have been friendlier.
The wifi was a little glitchy so if going for a spa thats brilliant and almost a bonus for a digital detox. Sadly this time I was there for work and so the wifi was a bit of an issue but we worked around it so not a big issue but worth knowing.
Excellent spa, clean and modern rooms
The terrace and pool area are excellent. The hotel has plenty of quiet areas where you can slip away and be left alone. It's a stones throw from the beach.
Not a lot to be honest.
The layout of the facilities and the decoration.
The fact that they didn’t serve any spirits. I really wanted a whisky before going to bed but only beer, wine and vermouth were on offer. Not everybody is interested in getting fit and healthy.
Spa is excellent as is the setting and the outdoor pools.
Rooms are very dated and need a refurb as they really bring down the overall experience. The main restaurant is not recommended
The location is surrounded by a parking lot,The staff were nice,Large balcony,Decent breakfast (3 options)2 outdoor pools
It's really an old facility, "antique" not on purpose,The bed wasn't comfortable neither the pillows, No soundproofing, I can hear everything neighbors do in the bathroom
The staff in general, in particular the catering staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional. The location and views from the hotel and upper pool area are very good.
For a hotel of this style and nightly rate, some areas appeared dated…
