The shower was amazing!

Cozy little hotel, clean, neat. Friendly staff, however they do not speak English. It was not a problem, but it was unusual. The hotel has a small and very clean pool, very nice. Nice place, I recommend it.

The shower was not great (not flexible enough).

The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and the position is also perfect if you want to move around the area and Benicassim.

It can be tricky to find parking in the area during the weekend nights because of the area being crowded with people

The Room was lovely, clean bright and airy, with a nice private courtyard. Good big bathroom, with nice deep bath & good shower. Bed was very Comfy, & we bath slept well. Very quiet at night too, so not disturbed by any noise.Lovely pool area, & nice pool. Not the biggest, but still good enough for a nice swim & cool down.We also loved the Pool table in the Cafeteria, & the young Receptionist was very helpful & friendly to us.

Pillows, don't why Spanish use funny pillows, but luckily also had cushions on bed, & we were able to use those. Aircon was tricky to get ti grips of it, finally got someone from Reception who could help.But the biggest thing was, we had a courtyard, as earlier mentioned, but they should really have a couple of Sun lounges for use. Very disappointed when discovered there wasn't. we would have loved laying out in the Sun, with a great parasol to use if needed.

A very pleasant hotel well located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and cafes nearby. It has a games room with a pool table and a small outdoor swimming pool and terrace to sit.

The breakfast service was slow as they were taking individual orders and taking time to prepare each hot order. A buffet-style breakfast would be a lot more efficient and practical for guests.On-street parking only with only a few spaces available. Car park within walking distance.

Such a lovely dog friendly hotel with a 24 hour reception. So much nicer than having to use a code and stay un an anonymous place. Lovely staff, free street parking, great area and pleasant cafeteria with a simple breakfast and excellent coffee. A great garden and terrace ...my favourite Hotel of the year...simply perfect for us. I have stayed in more expensive and lavish places but this did it for me.

Great service, clean and nice. Only had a single night stay, traveling by car and it was nice.

Great location for town centre though a little tricky to find. Reception staff fabulously helpful and friendly. Room was amazing, spacious, comfortable, freshly decorated and fabulous bed.

Lovely hotel 15min walk from the beach. Very friendly staff. Hotel has a swimming pool, cafeteria, and gym. Very close to the main street with shops, and cafes. Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds.

Had everything you needed and location was good.

Seems like the staff aren't paid enough, was charged different prices for soft drinks when I ordered at the bar... Also left my electric toothbrush in a room and a cleaner has pocketed it as they didn't find it.

It's easy to walk to the main street from the hotel, and it's also easy to park just on the avenue next to it. The rooms are more a traditional business style but are otherwise perfectly fine and actually a bit more spacious than I might expect (although I did get moved to a twin, see other section) I didn't use the pool but it seemed nice although I get the feeling if the hotel was mostly full the pool might be a bit too small.

My room stank of tobacco. I sat there a few minutes assuming I'd just get used to it but it was just unbearable. I went to reception and they were surprised the cleaning staff had missed this, and since there were no available single rooms they upgraded me to a twin room at no cost, which is just doing the minimum right thing. The issue is the twin room also had tobacco smell except here at least they had sprayed air freshener to cover it up, and it wasn't as bad as the other room. I thought about just leaving and finding somewhere else since at that point all confidence is lost - in the end I went out and left the window open and I did mention to the reception staff that this room was also inadequate but I'd just deal with it as I was only spending the night to sleep and leaving early in the morning. Had I been the hotel staff I would have provided something as an apology as basic customer care but nothing was offered (I didn't want anything to be honest but the gesture wasn't there), and I would have changed hotels if the booking customer service was easier to reach but that's another story. They said it was a circumstantial thing but with 2 out of 2 I get the feeling the chances are if you stay here the room will smell - which is a shame as otherwise the hotel is perfectly fine and the rest of it for example doesn't smell of tobacco.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The room had a very bad smell as if a heavy smoker had lived there for a long time. Housekeeping was very nice and sprayed some perfume but air con and airing the room didn’t help. I then requested to change rooms a few hours after checking in but reception told me they were full and offered to move after 2 nights, as I had 3 night stay in total, I didn’t see any point by that time. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach and the area is not the best as I had stayed for 7 nights before this in a hotel closer to the beach and in a better location (hotel Vista Alegre).

Welcome pets

No tv in the room, no coffee machine and not even a cattle for hot water! Breakfast is served 8:30 but we had to leave 7:30 , we had no coffee, had to look for something hot to drink and eat in town. I was with my child, it wasn’t cool!

Room size was nice, good enough, bed was very nice and comfortable.Staff was pleasant.Location is 15 minutes walk from train station and similar from beach.Supermarket is close.

Room needs renovation, all amenities need update, only bed was nice, everything else needs urgent update.

Lovely property, comfortable and quiet area, great pool. Clean, air conditioning, fab breakfast. Helpful nice staff, sorted our airport transfer. Great location in town and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Daytime snacks/simple lunches would be a great addition. We were hoping to use the laundry service after camping for a week prior. Unfortunately this is no longer available. Perhaps add this service again or update the information. Quickly resolved as staff were very helpful in pointing out a local launderette which was super close.

Helpful friendly reception staff. Relaxed atmosphere.Cleaner flexible and helpful, about times to come in and gave us extra towels when needed. didn't speak English but happily cleaned where we asked, that had been missed. Bed was firm, which was good for us.24 Hour access no problem via locked night gate.Mini fridge for keeping own items in; useful as we didn't want their breakfast - so kept fruits, salads, bottled water etc.Air con individually in room much appreciated as most of our stay was 28 - 34 degrees!Small pool available although we didn't choose to use it, looked clean and popular with guests, had nice surrounding seated area and sunbeds, all in full sun (but no parasols).

Room felt a bit like hostel standard, but with twin room prices; didn't mind no balcony but the outside window with rail backed on to apartments of residential neighbours, so no real privacy if you wanted it with window or curtains open.Walls thin so could hear all outside sounds quite easily from above, next rooms, corridor very loud! Decor jaded, walls quite marked, some furniture a bit broken. Shower sealant mildewed.difficult to access sockets; had to crawl under a desk to get to one.No kettle, or iron in room.

Handy basic Hotel. Fit for purpose, we were out most days and night but the pool was a nice extra. Staff were lovely

A few room issues Fridge & sink but they were sorted out.Not much option for food? Bread & tomatoe or a toasty but We could buy water for our room.
