Proximity to attractions beach and Rototom Festival. Cleanliness and friendly staff

Nothing special.

The air-conditioning was working poorly and it could have been some furniture on the balcony so it can be used properly. 2 plastic chairs and nothing more make it feel like a cheap hotel in Southeast asia.

Water and coffee ( other drinks) are not included in the prepaid dinner. At the restaurant the staff was not very polite.

Very nice hotel, clean room with a great bathroom. Super value for money. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Communal areas weren't that clean. You could hear people in the corridor running around, raised voices, banging doors. Music entertainment if you don't have small children is quite annoying and loud!

Clean, spacious, balcony, view, close to the beach, rich breakfast, nice staff very helpful and polite. Excellent.

This is a huge hotel. Rooms are fine and we had a decent room with a nice view.

The hotel is not particularly pet friendly. I’d say it’s more like taking them under duress. We were travelling with our dog and it was only allowed in the bedroom. Restaurant bar and outside spaces were strictly off limits.It’s so restrictive we were given a sign to hang outside the door for when or if a pet was left unattended. We would never leave our dog alone in a hotel bedroom We had booked a dinner , bed and breakfast package, but when we tried to change it (dog not allowed in restaurant) they said we couldn’t. So we eventually went in shifts to grab a tray of food up to eat in the room. Skipped the breakfast altogether.Incidentally, the restaurant is vast and food is buffet style. It can process hundreds of people at once if you’re interested in that sort of thing

Spacious room, bonus balcony with a sea view, the comfiest beds, great facilities, great array of food, good value for money

The pool wasn't terribly clean and the lifeguard was wildly inattentive

The location was lovely

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had during a stay at a large hotel. If you ate pork it seems you were in for a treat but for those who are non pork eaters, well, it was all you could eat ‘eggs’ & more eggs , not even omelettes , just scrabbled & fried egg. No vegetarian sausage, no chicken sausage .. it was shocking ..

The hotel requires a proper renovation, it looks old and the facilities leave much to be desired

Near to beach. Big swimming pool and outside seating. Helpful staff. Pool table. Nice bar and grounds kept very nice. Nearby food shop was handy.

The food was ok, but some items didn't display what it was. There was plenty of pork on display (not everyone eats pork. (Sausages and cold cuts). The fried eggs were sometimes under cooked.

The hotel was very clean, chilled and we were very comfortable.The staff were helpful and friendly.There was lots of choice re breakfast and there was a lovely balcony to sit out on in the evening. All in all a great stay

Didn't eat breakfast

Gym was an extra charge and closed 12-4pm, substantially reducing freedom of pleasure. The gym however was well equipped with quality equipment plus indoor pool an overall good experience but sadly limited. When checking out of the hotel, the reception would only provide a number for taxis, leaving me panicked in my need to get to the airport, given my significantly limited Spanish. I managed to join a fellow hotel guest in a taxi she had called. The Rototom festival certainly put pressure on the hotel desk for taxi requests but a taxi to the airport should be a matter of principal support and etiquette.

Could have been a wider range of vegetarian and vegan food.

Is newly renovated and is way better than last year.Reception staff were very polite and helpful with our requests.

Very minor things like room air conditioning unit not having a remote control or a setting for adjusting the speed of the fan which was blowing on full speed on our beds and forced us to turned off overnight. The balcony sliding doors latch wasn’t in working order not being able to lock them at all. But this year was a massive improvement than the last year when we stayed in as it was dated and need a full refurbishment which has been done over the winter.
