Intelier Bonaire

Pleasant one night stop. The hotel overall is very quite, nice and fresh. The room and the bathroom are modern and functional.The location is real close to the seaside and to a lot of nice restaurants.Happy to recommend the place.

At first glance, parking your car looks complicated... but after having given a few rounds in the old town, I found an appropriate slot, very close to he hotel ;-)

Very clean, friendly staff, great room. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Balcony slider door was very hard to operate and would only open 1/4 so was difficult to get in and out of.

Poor. One lady staff member very unhelpful. Almost rude. Hot food empty. Not refilled very well.

Restaurant staff more approachable. One lady quite rude.

Staff were friendly and polite especially Manuela , the room was always clean and facilities great. The breakfast had a good range of items and vegetarian options were available. muchisimas gracias ?

Calm and good locations

The room did not correspond to the description in booking - smaller and without balcony. Nothing was done despite my complaint.

food in restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful and the hotel is always very tranquilo.

the beds, i.e. mattresses were hard and not conducive to a restful sleep

The staff where ok, breakfast was limited and shut promptly at 10:30, the pool area is quite small, we had 2 rooms again quite small, parking was good and very close to the beach,

Very good location, walking distance to the supermarket and the beach. Refrigerator in the room, A/C functions well. Very nice and green area near the swimming pool. BBQ for dinner

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room needs renovation. Considering not that low price for dinner, at least 1 drink (beer or glass of wine) could be included.

Good location and atmosphere in and around hotel.Really nice and pleasant personnel. Lot's of options for breakfast.Spacious balcony with furniture and rack for drying your towels and swimwear.Heaving a fridge is nice for keeping your drinks cold.Spacious wardrobe with safe.

They didn't change bedding once during our stay. One time they rotated bedding (sheets), part where we had our legs ended up below our pillows. I know this because i made small stain under my back on second or third day and I found that stain under mu legs after first room cleaning.Also, we had just one roll of toliet paper and they never brought another one.

Location was ideal, staff were very friendly, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Evening buffet was Luke warm not hot but on the positive side good selection.

Good location but this time lot of construction work in the village. Friendly service.

Buffet was quite busy, big group of young sportsmen happened to be there same time.

It was really nice and cosy, while still at good price. Everything was smooth from start til the end. Plus the breakfast was great! :)

Some parts of the equipment would deserve a facelift
