Everything was wonderful! The staff is exceptional, the breakfast has many wonderful options, the pool is sparkling and refreshing. The rooms and the entire property is very clean and it is very close to the beach. This was my third stay with them and I will definitely stay again when I return. Thank you all for making my stay special!!

Nothing, I liked everything about the place!

The hotel was perfect! Stunning, large, peaceful pool with lots of sun loungers both in and out the sun. The bar also makes delicious mojitos!! Everyone working in the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel at home and welcome. The location was also amazing, five minutes from the beach and lovely bars and restaurants with a sea view. My partner and I had wonderful week staying here and both agreed it was one our favourite holidays particularly because of the hotel and the staff. Cant wait to visit again.

Very relaxing, lovely welcoming staff, with map given upon arrival to help orientation of the area. Location excellent with free parking in the hotel car park. Good, varied choice of buffet food, themed nights & thoughtful procedure in place with same table allocated throughout our stay. Overall for our 3 night stay, very enjoyable & able to recharge our batteries.

The authentic style and outdoor facilities. Inclusive! The staff, especially Ms. Jenifer was absolutely helpful and very welcoming. She was very friendly and trying to assist us anyway she can and she speaks very good English.

Just a bit small room we had and the noises from the street or hallway. Not-sound proof. Otherwise everything is good.

Very clean. There was an option to rent a bike for a good price, which I really enjoyed and had a nice bike ride. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool seems nice even though I didn't get to use it.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable for me. The head of the shower wasn't fixed because of a broken fixture, so had to be only used by holding in a hand which is not ideal. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy breakfast at all: it was 80% pastries/bakery, not enough fresh options (some veggies, protein etc.), the coffee tasted really bad in my view, the tortilla did not taste well at all; I liked the fruit options though.People regularly smoked on balconies or downstairs so my room was filled with smoke which I cannot stand. I understand it is common in Spain to smoke in public places but it is very non-considerate towards non-smokers, especially with allergies.

I enjoyed using the swimming pool. The garden and exterior decor were delightful.The staff were professional and helpful. The guests were friendly; many of them were familiar with the hotel, suggesting they were returning because they associated the venue with happy experiences

The room I was allocated was somewhat cramped. There were two beds, but I cannot imagine having to share that particular room. The furnishing was rather dated and the bathroom smelled mouldy.I was disappointed that the site lacked a gym or even a small workout area.The breakfast selection on offer was rather underwhelming

Room was very small. A/C wasn't working well, even on high, and is placed terribly right over the bed. Mattresses not very comfortable.

Close to the beach. The pool area looks very nice. They have a children pool. The rooms are ok, but kind of basic. We had a relaxing time though

The walls are quite thin and you could hear everything. The dinner and breakfast are very poor

The hotel is very dated, only one girl had English throughout. Had to pay extra to go to jacuzzi on slot €3 which was disappointing. Breakfast not good - orange juice and breads not refilled often enough

The choices for breakfast were not very good in my opinion .The maid service was good. The hotel needs to be remodeled and updated. The tubs are very high and difficult to get into, customers can easily get hurt.The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent , needs to be updated.
