Small pool was welcome as it was a very hot day. room was small but comfortable and had a balcony. Breakfast was very good with a range of hot and cold buffet items

The location was good. Staff friendly. The pool was a good size for the number of rooms in the hotel. Breakfast was good, variety of food and good quality. Except the orange juice is from concentrate.

No towels were given to go to the pool. Not even with a deposit to be refunded after using the towels. I understand that it is a “North American” style, but we can copy the good things from other hotels to provide a better service.

Awesome breakfast.The hotel has a safe it does cost 3€. That is a plus for me. The beach is a 5 minute walking from the hotel The bathroom has a hairdrair and face mirror The is in my opinion a three star it is missing a fridge.

The hot water was very constant and strong. The room was clean and the bathroom as well.

There are a lot of factors. First to start with the furniture, this comes obviously from the 90s and reminded me on an old retirement place. They offer a lot for breakfast but unfortunately most of that is not good. Pancakes are not selfmade and cold, also are the eggs, they were cold on both days. The ham and the salami look artificial and were just cheap quality. The juice come from a machine what was obviously not cleaned very often. Outsidearea: the pool is DIRECTLY on a high frequented street. Passengers are curios and look over the fence and you have the constant noise of passing cars and bigger vehicles. When I wanted to jump into the pool I stopped because the surface was covered with thousands of dead insects (was like this on two days). This all leaded to the conclusion for me to leave earlier to another place. But this is also tricky if no one is at the reception.

Breakfast was good. Staff informative and helpful.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed. We would not have booked if we had known this was the case. We were directed to a restaurant around the corner BUT this was also closed and undergoing total renovation and for sale. How anyone could fit into the bidet we don't know as it was jammed between two pillars. You also grazed your elbows when seated on the loo.

Hotel staff was very welcoming. This is a 2 star hotel so I kept expectations to a minimum. There was private parking, the room was small but clean. Not to be missed is the breakfast!! Wow! They had a huge choice and a person who offered to make you any hot dish personally. That was unexpected and definitely a "value-add".

Parking is a challenge since the streets are narrow and you need a map (supplied by the hotel) to find it.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was also good. The location was nice and there was a closed parking area.

Very bad pillows. We missed a warm blanket so we were quite cold during the night.

We liked the convenience of being near the beach. The breakfast buffet had quite a variety of foods with gluten-free options for our grandson.

The beds were uncomfortable…very hard. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room since we are early risers and breakfast did not start until 8:30.

Very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the pool, I was the only person swimming on the morning I of my stay.

Quite build up.Rooms were very small.We requested lower level for ease of access with dogs, but we were on the 4th floor.Parking was extra.Dogs were extra.Breakfast was mediocre, lack of fresh fruit or vegetables. We wanted to eat our breakfast outside as there was a lot of coughing going on in the dining room- and we have a long journey ahead. Staff were very strongly against us sitting outside with our breakfast. Despite a lot of 2020 COVID paraphernalia around, no lessons have been learned here. No ventilation and no air filtration, no social distancing and no choice of outdoor dining. We did sit outside with our food and our dogs but not without a confrontation.
