Hotel Sunna Benicassim

The location of the hotel is great with lots of parking outside if you travel by car. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well kept and cleaned daily. Its safe and secure and the roof is a great place to relax. Breakfast is decent and there's a bunch of cafes close by that do good food all day and the beach is just a 10min walk.

We arrived late and the beds in room were not what we selected. The issue was sorted out by the next morning. The communication around this was good.

Coffee machine needed attention.Walls a little thin.

The place is in the very center of the town with all the best restaurants and bars right next to it.

The downside is that there's no private parking, and sometimes it was very hard to find a spot not far from the hotel.

Super Location in the Village, close to all the local excellent restaurants, and local shops, and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

The breakfast could have included some more variety. An hour before breakfast was over a lot of the food was already gone and many time it wasn't refilled.

Hotel location was perfect, we stayed and attended the yearly reggae festival which was a 10 min walk. Plenty of Shops and restaurants surround the hotel. Staff are very pleasant.

Bed was uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and fresh, great value for money beach a 10 minute walk but worth it and would highly recommend and we will be returning.

Very clean and modern, look exactly like the pictures, they have also a beautifull terrace on the top at floor 5.

Breakfast closes at 10:30am, not very accommodating of people on holiday, should be open till 12.00

Great facilities nice and modern. We were allocated adjoining rooms with our sons which was very considerate. The staff were very helpful and ours rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday while we were having breakfast.Continenal Breakfast included and provided a wide range of juices fruits cold meats and pastries. Would definitely stay again.

Just missing a balcony will be sure to request next time as outside space to dry clothes would be useful.

Everything. I travel a lot on business and this hotel manages everything excellently. It is a new building which is very tastefully designed and decorated with an excellent air conditioning system. The room and bathroom facilities are top standard and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is always someone there to make sure you can have anything else you might need. Great location too near the town centre but still quiet. The beach is at walking distance.

Correct breakfast, basic but variety of food. Excellent the terrace where you take it. Good location, near train station.

It was exceptionally clean, and the location could not have been better. Key code system, so no staff around on check-in. Saw staff at breakfast time and they were very pleasant. Highly recommend.
