Check in was very easy with pleasant reception staffGreat location in the high street with bars and restaurants very close.

The shower was very very small and not suitable for a large man.

Big room, aircon, lovely towels, comfy beds

Toilet didn't flush probably so you could hear it.

Bed comfortable and room clean. Convenient parking nearby.

No breakfast or even coffee making facilities in room. Walls thin. Could hear other guests.

It's a basic hotel, priced accordingly, so good value.We stopped one night, it's very central and clean.Reception very helpful.

We could have done with more bedclothes as we found it was cd in the night.

Basic and well located hotel in the center of Benicasim. Clean, basic room for stay overnight. A plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Even parking was easy. Though it was new year. Good price / quality ratio.

Its close to the train station (we walked). Decor was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. The heating worked well. It was a quiet place

It was not a problem for us but for others there are a few steps to consider.

Breakfast was great value and with nice options the timing was flexible

I felt the price was a little high for accommodation and i didn’t like being several flights up. Stairs were difficult to climb in heat

That feeling at home away from home. It is not about one giving you everything you need, it how what is available is given. Traveling with a baby is not easy, succeeding to have a baby being comfortable in a hotel was not expected. All that with a language barrier.The location of the hotel is good.Staff chapeau and thank you. A good memory of you will remain forever.

Breakfast can be varied. But what is given is delicious and sufficient

The shower was too small and it has a curtain, so all the floor was covered in water, after having a shower.

Ideal location

When we arrived the place was looked up, the reception was apparently asleep on the top floor and didn’t like being woken up. She was lazy, rude and very unaccommodating. No breakfast was offered, the showEr flooded the bedroom as the set up was useless

Great location. Loved the noise of a bustling town, full of people enjoying the evening. Bars and restaurants full and all offering good value for money at whatever level you would want to settle at.. the hotel was comfortable,shabby chic in the nicest way. No trouble booking in and no problems parking nearby and if all felt very secure.

Not much, we spent a lovely evening there. We enjoy a walk so it wasn't a problem and were only there for the evening, but the beach was a bit of a walk, but beautiful when we got there
