Light Hotel

Pros +

• It was a very good size room with a large double bed and lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable although slightly on the hard side for my preference, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location in a quiet street but with easy access to public transport to the city centre.
• Nice and practical place for a solo traveler looking for a room, staff is very nice and helpful
• Price - cheap | 25 USD a night. Allowed to bring guest from outside on payment of extra 50% of the room rent

Cons -

• The hotel is in real major need of some TLC. It almost has a neglected feel about it tbh. Very thin, damaged carpets, wallpaper peeling off the walls etc. Also, it seems sadly they allow people to smoke in the rooms as my room smelt of tobacco. It was okay for a couple of nights, but honestly, I wouldnt choose to stay here again.
• Cleaning once in 2 days, didn't even replace glasses. Rooms need maintainence, broken hinge in a drawer, the toilet and the sink structure was moving, the kettle in my room had rust inside. Breakfast - being a vegetarian the options were Bread, butter, nutella kind of thing, fruits and cookies. didn't find a toaster, Water bottles were not provided without asking. Wifi got disconnected frequently, when I asked the receptionist to change my room since I was having a network issue, he just looked at his wifi and told me it is working for me.
