Wonderful ambiance and really relaxed staff - nothing seemed too much trouble - could really relax here.

They need to add hair conditioner in rooms.

The property was beautiful with a pool, hammocks, ping pong, giant chess, beautiful restaurant.

There are very large spiders in the guest rooms. I woke up to a 3” spider crawling from my hand to my shoulder.

Comfortable bed and breakfast staff friendly.

A little run down and greeting on arrival was lacking a smile.

Nice hotel in a great location especially for cyclists riding Mont Ventoux

Our room was tiny. No space for our bags around our bed

Great location close to vineyards and mt Ventoux, lots of bicycle routes nearby, Bédoin village within 15-20 min walk. We enjoyed the villa itself and our suite room, on-site restaurant, apéro area and the swimming pool. Great value for money.

One of my party’s room was very musty smelling such that it caused an asthmatic reaction when checking in. Guillaume (owner?) chastised the person when suggesting the room did not smell good. Another of the staff, at breakfast yelled at another of my party for pouring her coffee into an insulated container. These incidents were unacceptable treatment of those in my party and make me seriously consider whether I will ever book another group into des Pins. Unfortunate as I enjoy staying there

The room was a little beat up and I got food poisoning from my meal !

Charming hotel walkable to Bedoin village. Excellent breakfast and very good restaurant serving local produce every evening, and lunchtime at weekends. We ate here twice as the quality and presentation was so good, and there is a a lovely terrace outside. Staff were friendly, helpful and work very hard, especially in the restaurant. Good choice of local wines and great recommendations. Comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Hotel well suited for cyclists.

Shower head fixed at an odd angle which made showering slightly challenging.

We stayed here before cycling up Mount Ventoux the next day. The hotel was very accommodating and has a very relaxed atmosphere. It’s a 15 minute walk from Bédoin, we ate in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent.

Lovely hotel, in a lovely setting, clean and comfortable, but with a poor shower and wifi.

Wifi is terrible. It really must be upgraded.

The location on the edge of Bedoin made this an excellent base for cycling trips. The breakfast was convenient and offered a variety of foods for a good start to the day. The rooms were quiet at night. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

The staff is great, very nice and helpful. For a cycling group like us, the swimming pool is really nice.

Stayed total of 4 nights on 2 separate occasions: Reasonable rooms.Restaurant ok, pool good.Breakfast good but too late for cyclists…

Noisy during the day, request to remain in same room on continuous 3 day stay not allowed. Room not ready as agreed. Rude staff when asking to move into room.Menu of restaurant never changed over 2 weeks.Overall communication poor. Staff did not appear interested in guests. Hotel had disorganised feel.

Was charged for drinks and food we didn't have. They don't ask you to sign for either so no way of checking or proving what you have had.
