Relaxing,great lake view,quiet,peaceful,complete restaurant, adequate parking,feel of an older very french decor.

Some of the infrastructure is in disrepair but nothing to turn you away.

The location is amazing with beautiful views of the lake and beautiful surroundings. The property is well taken off with well maintained grounds. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurant is wonderful and very convenient with a gorgeous patio overlooking the lake. So peaceful

The room and bathroom are pretty dated but functional and clean. No A/C but we did not suffer of the heat despite 35 degree weather so the place works somehow. We really liked everything and found the price was an excellent value. The views and setting are everything really.

View, View, View. The restaurant was beautiful, people specially come to dine from other places there.

The hotel has long been in need or renovation

We loved this property. I was skeptical since it looks like an old building, but trust me you will not regret anything about staying here.From cleanliness to the view from the balcony and to the staff, everything was above our expectations. We were 2 vegetarians in our group of 3 and eventhough they do not have a vegetarian menu in their restaurant (which by the way has amazing view and ambiance), they made something for us and just charged 10€ per plate. We really appreciate all their efforts to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

The pool was okay but not great. The doors were loud so that we heard the staff in the kitchen early in the morning.

No Aircon. It was very hot overnight even with doors open. Bring a fan.

Overall, the staff were very welcoming, with the manager, Raaouf, being especially kind and friendly. The view of the lake was beautiful, and the garden and pool were peaceful and calm. The restaurant’s daily specials were also quite tasty.

The family room was a bit small and kind a gloomy.The pool was only cleaned once during our 4-day stay, so it often had leaves and insects from the nearby trees.

Wonderful location, view and staff. Restaurant was excellent and my eight year old loved eating snails! A relaxing stay.

Wish we had air conditioning or a fan as it was hot at night. Could do with an optional bed guard for the top bunk perhaps

Rooms need an update and options for cooling (ie fan) as unable to open window due to mosquitoes.

It’s not the most modern of hotels but the location, the views and super friendly staff more than made up for it. We booked for 2 nights but with hindsight we should have stayed an extra day to explore the area around it further. Our room had a ceiling fan which helped keep us feel cool, but our kids room didn’t so worth requesting one if possible.
