Family room had great separation- also liked the blinds that made it super dark in the room.
Our family room was huge, so much so that we could have benefited from a couple of chairs as we had so much space left, and once the sofa bed was set up as a bed we had nowhere to sit. The blinds and air con, the shower was great but not a fan of the water going everywhere, bus stop just outside which is very convenient for getting out to surrounding areas

No seating, no fridge, shower water goes everywhere, no milk for coffee in the room
