Pros +

• The pictures online do not do this property justice! As a guest, you get private access to the ocean, with four beach chairs, an umbrella, and stone steps into the ocean. Breakfast is delicious, served on a beautiful patio overlooking the ocean. It is a gift that Ada and her family choose to share this amazing place with others. The room was the nicest we had in our trip to Italy. There are two fantastic restaurants within walking distance, and I would say Tarzan Beach is also within reasonable walking distance. Yes there are steps, but they are fine if youre fit. Helps burn off the seafood and pasta

• Amazing location. Ada and Manuela were excellent hosts, always available to help and provided useful information. The views are spectacular and access to the sea is special. A hidden gem. Breakfast was lite but very tasty and well presented.

Cons -

• We had not realised that there are two units right next to each other and each one has a big window with people walking past so its not very private. Also, there is very limited flat surface in the room so everything ends up on the floor
• No internet. Rooms are only cleaned every three days Rooms are small and the mattress was not comfortable You need to be fit. The more than hundred steps to get to the rooms is a challenge, especially when you have to carry your luggage. You need to have a car to move around.
