- Location and the area
- Unique mix of medieval architecture and modern comfortable design. Its situated above the ancient church with a five star view from balcony. The landlord Jose is super hospitable and open for any requests.
- Couldnt fault it. Came to relax for a few days after a busy time in Porto and ended up staying far longer. Ana, her family, and the housekeepers were friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our one-bedroomed apartment was rustic but completely functional. Lovely outdoor garden, barbecue area, picnic tables, pool, and kids play area. Restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Easy access to multiple places. Car to Guimares, Ponte de Lima; train to Braga, Porto, Vigo; bus to Barcelos. We explored the coast, the towns and the markets. Hope to return.
