The waiter for breakfast was so rude. We asked for hot water, he said the machine is broken. I asked can he not use a microwave to heat the water up for my caffiene free coffee. He said no. Then a few minutes later, he comes back and turns the kettle on

The family room was huge and over the roofs very beautiful. There is a litchen and the bathtube is cool.Nice balcony too and a parking lot available

The stairs too the kids room is a bit scary when u have little ones.The room number is not written downstairs so we didnt know where to go... but found it !

Clean & Spacious rooms, smooth check in although we arrived late. Very nice breakfast! Perfect for our stop passing through and 10 min from the ferries.

Stayed here on our way to Spain. It was large, good rooms. Perfect for family and dog friendly. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay. Very central but still close to some green areas where we could go for a walk in the morning.

Wissers, the former no 1 hotel in Burg centre is still a nice place to stay. Located in the middle of everything with a pittoresque terrace for out-eating and drinking, guests are only in a somewhat- minute- distance from shops and restaurants. Groceries/ pharmacy next door. Very good breakfast with a variety of sweet and spicy stuff. Nice and friendly staff. Parking on site. ?

Rooms in the guesthouse are very small and very hot in summer times. no air condition. A fridge would be nice, but there isn't any. The restaurant was perfect in former times, now, after the hotel was sold, it's a bit... mediocre and boring (to say it in a friendly way)

Clean and cheap

They done know what good service is , particularly in the restaurant.

The third bed was terrible. There was no airco in the room. There was no elevator.

Room was big and clean. It was a quit room.

There was not much parking space. It was in a busy street at a 1 way road. I first missed the hotel. And then I had to go to the back of the hotel for a parking spot. It was a bit difficult to find. Once arrived it was a very small parking place and it was full. After loading out the suitecases a spot came available. But the guy at the reception also came over mentioning i could also park on a non parking spot.

Rich breakfast, big room and easy access (free parking just in front - middle of the village centre)

Everything was very clean and super spacious rooms and excellent service.

Pillows were horrible, beds were not comfortable

Room was good but breakfast expensive. It was cheaper to eat in a nearby cafe.

The restaurant was similar to a bus/railway station waiting room! Our stay was marred by the loss of my wife's comestic case which was later found in a bin upstairs. It may have been attractive to a member of the cleaning staff!

Very poor

We have stayed here before, but will never again. During 40 years of travel we have never met such RUDE personell. At checkin, dinner and breakfast. Unbelivable. This is not a happy place!

An access lift for the room would have been great. We don’t know whether there is a parking spot from the hotel, if so, we did notfind it. Bigger TV’s and mini bars would maybe be considered as an upgrade to the rooms

Breakfast was awesome, very enjoyable. The town was quaint and historic, staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The property is listed as dog friendly, we also confirmed with hotel with bookings manager. But when we arrived with our two dogs, willing to pay the 20 euro cleaning fee, the staff said that they Didn’t Allow Dogs!!!! Thankfully they let us stay anyway, but we’re friendly to us about it, even though their policies were mislabeled on the bookings app.

The location which is in the town centre. Shops and restaurants are around. You can park your car behind the hotel. We did the mistake to park it in one of the parking lots where you had to pay. Probably didn't notice it when we did the booking.

Well, we came and thought the reception was open and nobody seemed to take a notice about us arriving. Well, after some time someone checked us in. No sign where to check in either but obviosuly at the restaurant of the hotel. Thought it was a guest first discussing something that seemed to be important. Maybe guests or workers. Don't know. Well, thought the hotel/room was over-priced.
