Hotel Restaurant Burg-Klause

Exceptional restaurant and food, great bed, great room, very hot shower, everything sparkly clean, remarkably helpful staff, 11/10, definitely recommend. Free parking spots for everyone, excellent location.

I liked everything

The hotel is close to being perfect. Nice quiet well maintained hotel with very friendly people. Very close to the city center. Car charger nearby in walking distance. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. The room is very cosy.

Our hotel room was facing the inside court area, where personnel were smoking, and the air of the smoke came into our hotel room, and as a result, we had to close the windows and could not enjoy the fresh morning air. It would have been better if the hotel enforces that personnel does not smoke in the entire hotel area.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly

Very clean. Very good breakfast. Nice lobby.

Our room was very small for 3 persons. The extra bed was too short and too thin for our 14 year old son. The room was very warm, the only way to ventilate the room was by leaving the windows open but the traffic on the road just a few meters away was too loud. Therefore i found the room overpriced (nearly €200/ night).

The garden room facing away from the street was very well laid out and we particularly loved the carpet, which had the structure and colour of a sandy beach!As alway in Germany, breakfast was sumptuous.

I would like to commend the hotel manager/owner for his efforts to help us and resolve misunderstanding we had when booked our stay even though they were fully booked.

The breakfast was just lovely. Great bathroom. Very clean and comfortable room. Beautiful restaurant.I had forgotten something in my room after checking out and they were so kind to call me afterwards and offered to mail it to me. Very thoughtful.

Everything was great, maybe have a children's menu at the actual restaurant with "comfort foods for kids". Then I could take my little son along next time.

We were looking forward to stay in this lovely hotel again, we had been there last December, there is a great parking for free. The restaurant is very good.

This was the second time we stayed in the hotel, but what a deception, we were placed in a tiny room with view to a hedge and the road. There is one part new building, but we were lodged in the old part. I was told that this is where they lodge people who book with booking.com. The room, like the bathroom, is very small, but good quality. The breakfast starts only at 7.00, we were going to take an early ferry to Denmark, not sure I will return there again.

The bed and his clothing. Poor. Too expensive. But everything on this island is overrated.

Delightful hotel with authentic Bavarian vibe. Beautiful well-designed rooms. Lovely spa area. The restaurant was truly exceptional and serves perfectly prepared modern Baviarian cuisine. Really appreciated the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere of this family-run establishment.

A good breakfast, parking

To reach Alpineroom you have more or less to cross the restaurant kitchen, A narrow passage not ideal to pass with luggage

Beautiful room,, with a very comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is perfect! Great lights, sink and shower, and the little discret lamp that automatically lits when you need the bathroom in the middle of the night is a big plus! Exceptional spa area with 3 saunas, and breakfast was fantastic!

The bed was too hard

Very nice. I Would have liked the coffieemachin to be available for guests so that you could gey more yourself on occasion, rven in the afternoon/ evening.

We didnt like our pillows, there was no stuffing, just empty fluff.

Quiet, clean and cozy. Nice wellness unit with really hot sauna! The kitchen in the restaurant is the hit - best quality and very yummy!

Burg-Klause is a hotel with class in itself!wonderful place of comfort, super cleanliness, excellent service. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. One of the best breakfasts - for example: scrambled eggs are available on request, the chef prepares it à la minute. Guarded parking lot. The room was very nice, large and immaculately cleaned and organised.

We booked at first a double normal room, and we were very happy already from the colors and the style of the room, that we extended our stay for one more day in the hotel.The hotel was really clean from the bathrooms to the restaurant. Literally everywhere. It is a family-friendly hotel with very calm and nice colors, very friendly staff and very helpful staff that they create a very pleasant stay and experience to the hotel guests. The breakfast was very rich and very special with plenty of food.The food in the restaurant was simply amazing, I recommend the tuna tartar which was one of the best tartar I ever had with freshly mango and cucumber, then the beef carpacio, which was simply amazing.Then the fish and the Black Angus, was extraordinary. Literally, the food here in these hotel is exceptional.The sauna facilities were also very clean and very professional. We were unlucky that the masser was sick, but it was so big deal. We had an amazing time and we gonna definitely come back
