Hotel Neues Tor

Beautiful hotel. Unique style. Probably the nicest place we have stayed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food on buffet and in restaurant was exceptional.

The rooms were much more luxurious than we expected. The food was fantastic. And everyone we encountered at the hotel was welcoming and professional. This was our favorite stay in Germany and we cannot wait to return to Bad Wimpfen and Hotel Neues Tor.

Requested wake up call which never came. No way of printing boarding passes for flights. No public computer station.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the absolute best of our trip!

Everything was great. Nice staff, great check-in and check-out hours. Room was clean, nice, quiet. Parking in garage. Breakfast was superb - everything was fresh and lot of things to choose...

all perfect - good-sized, modern room with air condition, very nice shower, calm, good breakfast, excellent garage. Could not do better.

Nice area, clean hotels, gym is amazing & the room was nice

The woman at the front desk was very rude, spoke nicely to everyone but me. Cut me off as I spoke and talked over me during my check out. Made us pay for over night parking when we on did not have a car in the garage over night. She put a bad taste in my mouth.

Great location, clean and modern, well maintained, incredible staff, awesome food and great amenities in the room.

Room design was so cool! The many sinks, separate shower/toilet, and tv/mirror were very nice. Breakfast was good too.

I wish there had been an iron/steamer and ironing board to de-wrinkle my shirts.

Gorgeous and extremely well maintained. The food at both breakfast and in both restaurants for dinner was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from.

Entire stay was wonderful! The entire facility was extremely well maintained and beautiful. My room was extremely large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was incredible and absolutely beautiful! So big and the tile-work stunning! The staff was exceptional. The main restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Food was delicious and offered a variety of wonderful options.

I had a little trouble keeping my room cool but that is the only issue I had at this exceptional hotel.

Great location, easy access to the old town and other location cal sites. Great rooms which were large and very clean. Staff is incredible. Everyone from the manager of the hotel to the front desk staff, the restaurant servers, the bar staff and the housekeeping team were exceptional. Always friendly and willing to help. They remember us from our past stays.

I can’t think of one thing we didn’t like.

Breakfast was very good. Patio behind the room was great to sit out and enjoy the good weather. Parking is very convenient in the parking garage. One night the weather was good to have outside dinner, very convenient and nice atmosphere and good food.

The room was made up for one person, instead of two. But that was quickly corrected.

Wow wow it's beautifully furnished n presented. The rooms are gorgeous and there's almost everything you could want in there. Breakfast is superb, with all the usuals and much more.. Eg.. Smoked salmon, trout and mackerel, champagne flutes for the prosecco, a juicing machine with a basket of carrots, ginger etc A machine to juice oranges freshly. Hot bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs.. Etc Yummy The staff were so friendly and courteous. We arrived on our 2 motorbikes and apparently they don't charge for motorbike parking. We felt they were safe in the spotlessly clean garage directly under the hotel with lift access.

As with all hotels the world over there is hardly ever enough tea milk and coffee in the rooms. The milk is almost always in little UHT capsules, i do wonder why there can't be more (proper) milk in the fridge/mini bar and why there aren't more normal tea bags. But i guess we are yorkshire folk at the end of the day and to us a nice cuppa is what we like and not some fancy chamomile or green tea!! ;-)

Beautiful, clean with a wealth of amenities. Breakfast spread was amazing. Courteous, professional and happy staff. Felt very welcomed. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. Easy parking and access to old town.
