Pros +
- The room was spacious, the bed was pretty comfortable, I liked the tv and that there was a tub in our room. The view out our window was nice and location was pretty central. They were kind enough to let us store our bags in the old breakfast room for a few hours after check out which I really appreciated.
- Great value and location. Beautiful room with very nice bathroom.
- Location and the room and easy to check in and out
Cons -
- Oof where do I start. The check in process was not intuitive, I booked shortly before arriving and had to call to have someone help me program a room key for myself. I was travelling internationally and have to pay fees for calls. I also booked this room specifically because I wanted to be in a building with an elevator since my sister is disabled and has mobility issues, but we were on the 4th floor and the elevator only went to the 3rd, so we had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs. When we did get in, some of the light fixtures didn't work at all (bedroom and living room), there was a broken window that was only partially closed and took me a good 20 minutes to fix to be able to close it and made it unusable, the kitchen sink wasn't connected to water, and the kitchen didn't have anything in it (cookware, plates, utensils). Even just a fork and plate would have been nice since we ordered in food.I was excited to use the tub after a lot of travelling and walking, but lots of water leaked THROUGH THE WALLS and into the bedroom and all along the perimeter of the bathroom and along the wall where the pipes run a couple hours after my bath. I was shocked, but then I noticed this is clearly on ongoing issue since I could see signs of water damage and mold on the walls, floors, baseboards etc.. I have asthma and mold is a big trigger and health hazard, so this was pretty upsetting to discover whilst trying to get some rest. It was also a big mess to clean so it wouldn't get my luggage and belongings wet. Since the ceilings are sloped I also hit my head on the ceilings several times even though I'm only average height. Additionally, the cleaning staff came knocking on our door 30 minutes before checkout which made us very uncomfortable, and there's no manual lock on the door which made me feel like we didn't have much for privacy and safety as women travelling alone.
- No tissue and no hairdryer and the fridge doesn’t work
- No staff to contact via message or phone

I made the booking through booking.com Unfortunately i don’t know why, the hotel didn’t get my booking even though I go all confirmation letters. On that day, when I was at the hotel I had to book another hotel, which was more expensive. By law the booking has to cover the additional costs, because the new booking was more expensive, but they still didn’t.
Rooms were clean and good.
We could not sleep due the iron decorates on the outside of the building made a lot of noise during night.
Good price. Good location close to Vereina tunnel. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Parking in public garage.
Very nice hotel, the room was really great.
An administrative problem occurred and I was receiving their calls with expensive Swiss roaming charges (they could use whatsapp or something similar, like many other hotels). No receptionists are available (self check-inI, so when a heating thermostat did not work properly and we lost quite some time trying to solve the issue, we had to contact them through the booking application and finally get the needed instructions.SHOCKINGLY, plenty of polluting plastic and single-use packaging in the bathroom and at the breakfast. Best hotels clean their bins, without polluting our world with countless plastic bags. Conscious businesses respect society and the environment as well. Shocking, especially for Switzerland.
Self checkin went very smooth. Comfortable clean room. Walking distance of the train station and the spa. Couldn’t fault it.
The location is great and underground parking ia right near the hotel. The room was big and tidy and well equipped.
During the night there a metal sound because of the wind which was quite disturbing…the breakfast could have been a bit more varied.
Very poor
Nobody at Check-in; Self Check-in did not work; Guy who came was drunk; Minibar empty; Bed Sheet had a hole.
Good location in a great small and picturesque city
No staff. All self service which sometime creat challenges. Limited Resturants with limited hours
Newly decorated rooms. Quiet.,good location.
The reception process is a bit anonymous.

1. Terrible communication. Noone from hotel were answering the messages on booking.com for days. It took days (!) of calling until someone in hotel answered the phone. As if me, a client, have to beg them to do their work. For which I actually pay!Yes, it's self service and it's all online. But can you answer the messages and phone calls, when the client try to contact you for 3 days? 3 days - no response. Actually didn't get any response online or on phone. The response I got when I was actually already literally standing there in hotel, at the reception, to check in....wow.2. Value for money - very over rated. Breakfast is so poor, not a single warm dish served. 3. Rooms need renovation. Even next to the main entrance to hotel, when you see the name of the hotel written on the wall...2 books in the name fell away hanging down..3 stars hotel in Switzerland? Really?I was staying in different hotels, in many countries. In no country I saw such hotel. Really NOT recommended.
Room was nice.
The online check-in was not smooth. No staff made the place seem cold. Breakfast was meager.
Central, comfortable room and bed.
The breakfast was terrible. For the price of hotel and breakfast included it would be something one would find in a hostel. Not even a piece of fruit.
Good location. Spacious modern rooms.
No staff to help with anything. Our shower did not work properly; drainage was clogged and water overflow to the room and absolutely no one to assist. Had to use all the towels to dry the floor and no answer when trying to make contact. Borrowed towels from other rooms (family member).
Excellent location, big and clean room, breakfast was very good. Was great also to have a coffee machine in the room. I will definitely stay there again.Bonus: 10 mins walk to Tamina Terme -Spa
All was good
