It's a nice place. Owner was nice. Breakfast was good. Decent location near the therme, or as close as it can be given the way things are laid out.

Room was kinda old style, not really my thing. Bed so-so, shower kinda weird.

Great location to visit Bad Ragartz expo. Large and quiet and charming room. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. Really a good breakfast and a wonderful staff. Free parking provided by the hotel at 2 mn walking distance. We will be back ?

The hotel was overbooked and we had to stay elsewhere i.e., the owner's beauty parlour. We should have been informed before hand! During our stay we had to walk 10 mins every morning to the hotel breakfast area which was extremely inconvenient.

It was really cute and a great location. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming!

The bed cover were too short and not super comfy

staff is very friendly and helpful. breakfast and the restaurant are both good. Excellent location - very close to the Pizol bahn and the thermal spa as well.

Wonderful hotel with exceptionally friendly & helpful staff - I’ve stayed 3 times & will definitely be back. The location is great for hiking, close to everything you need & very close to the Therme.

Beds could need a little upgrade, but ok.

The rooms and facilities are very clean and the decor is delightful. The staff were exceptionally attentive and very friendly, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was great and the lunch and dinner menus are well worth trying. The setting is beautiful, both inside and outside on the shaded dining area.

It was very hot and having a room tan would have been ideal. The bed linen could be of slightly better quality but was spotless and smelled nice.

The trendy clean hotel both in the bedroom and breakfast area. The location was excellent for the Spa. The breakfast was all very fresh and a good variety with great coffee

Excellent breakfast with good variety and excellent quality of products. Superlative espresso coffee. Scrambled eggs fresh and delicious. Staff very, very nice and helpful.

The room lacked a door to the bathroom. I think it is a design choice but intimacy in the bathroom is important.At a certain time the hotel reception closed and you enter from the back with the same room key. It would have been helpful to know this right away. This has not been a problem but I report it as a memo for future customers

Beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and centrally located. Staff were extremely helpful and hotel was very well set up to accommodate CoVID restrictions. Restaurant served delicious food and overall great stay!
