Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

Staff were so friendly. I'd wish to thank the staff at the reservation office Ms. Florencia Bianchini, for her effective and kind assistance in extending my stay with the resort. She and her colleagues were working non-stop during the holidays to help guests, I am deeply grateful.I'd also wish to thank the cleaning lady Smilja Atanasković for her service. These people that I name here represent the best, in my opinion, of the devotion and the high level of professionalism of the staff of the resort. I love this resort, which I have kept coming back since 15 years now. Bravo, to be continued! I wish the resort and all the staff more prosperity and success in the New Year!

Everything was great. The staff (every single one of them) were extremely friendly and helpful with a big smile around the clock.

Everything was exceptional! Don’t even think just book. This was my second stay in over a ten year span and the facilities are just as breathtaking as I remember. You feel like royalty

Breakfast buffet could have more variety. For the price we paid we expect a little more such as private transportation to the thermal water at the top or free entry.

The spa facilities were exceptional and entirely our reason for coming. We also enjoyed the service and most particularly because we rolled up to the hotel in a cheap rental car, spilled into the lobby with our backpacks and our box of pizza, and the staff did not break stride. They greeted our Canadian casual with the same impeccable detail as they did the well dressed man in the Ferrari who arrived minutes later.

SPA was very nice, specially the hotel exclusive one (and the Saunas on the public one). Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was good

Everything about this hotel feels top-notch—beautifully designed rooms that are super comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location is stunning, the restaurants are some of the bests I have ever been, food is expectacular (including breakfast), and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a great stay.

Loved everything, can't even pick one thing out! Super attentive staff, extremely comfortable rooms, stunning views, healing water - everything was perfect! A marvellous New Year's Eve holiday!

Unfortunately only one good restaurant, there were,open two more, we will not go to them againEspecially did not like the Asian restaurant Doesn't match the best Asian restaurant (they need to change the cooks) and opposite the reception restaurant does not correspond to the hotel. .

we spend our last trip night in the hotel. the facilities are nice and well maintained. the lobby has a beautiful chandelier. the hotel allow you to go directly to the wellness centre next to the hotel. the wellness is complementary.

Very disappointed with the service of the hotel. from the bar experience to the dinner and breakfast. first we received a voucher for a drink at arrival. the bar has 4-5 waiters but only one is really working the other ones well wearing are just looking around and speaking with clients took us 30 minutes to get a cocktail charge at 25CHF .... .this evening we had a reservation at Verve a one Michelin star restaurant. what a Joke at arrival no person at the counter had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come place us. the food was okay but average nothing worth a star honestly unless the price of the menu. my dad enjoy smoking a cigars so after dinner we headed to the smoking room who was full we weren't able to seat so decided to head out for his smoke the hotel doesn't have any heater out so it was cold.... the breakfast in the morning, the next day, one. more time no people at the counter have to wait to be seated... Come on this is poor service take more staff with the price you make people pay give them a good service and make them got great when they arrived somewhere in your hotel facilities. Now it was a Saturday so the hotel probably had lots of guest .... that doesn't excuse the fact that i didn't get the experience with my parents i was hoping for and want go back or recommand this hotel to others.

"The breakfast lounge was not impressive, and the concept of the market was underwhelming. Additionally, the selection was limited compared to what I remember from five years ago when it was much better. The casino was also disappointing, as was the cigar lounge. The staff seemed to be avoiding service, hiding and pretending to be busy in the back room. When it reached 11 PM, they acted unprofessionally and suggested that we go to the casino to smoke cigars so they could close early. They also refused to sell cigars but failed to mention that the casino was under construction. The environment was terrible, and there was hardly anyone there, making it feel like this part of the resort did not live up to the great experience it promised.

I didn't like the bed in my room, we were a couple the bed was two single bed fixed next to each other it was not comfortable, it must be king size bed and two single bed is unacceptable ,I don't know my room was like this or all rooms are this way

This is one of the most luxurious hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Also, the AC helped our stay during the hot summer days. The thermal pool was so beautiful, as well as both steam and dry sauna rooms. We were able to swim from 7:00am and took the sauna till 10pm. We enjoyed Bad Raguz's outdoor art exhibit right on the front yard of the hotel. Amazing hotel!!

There is a lot of highly motivated staff which is most attentif, efficient, well organized and trained. This is probably the main difference to other high end hotels. Any wish was satisfied immediately and in a very personal manner.The quality of the cheeses at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offer a variety of Japanese green tea with the correct means to prepare it.

Just one minimal suggestion for improvement: The hot water for the Japanese tea at breakfast was boiling. They could add water at the right temperature of 60 or 70 degrés.
