Not far from the Tamina canyon.

The breakfast was poor. Old food. Everything looks old- food containers, chairs, coffee machine...There are two better hotels in the 200m range for the same price.

We liked the location, easy check-in and check-out, staff was nice, good breakfast

The location was very good, close to attractions, restaurants, and a bus stop. Our room was comfy and had a small balcony. The breakfast was great. It was fresh, had a lot of variety, and the staff kept it tidy and replenished as needed.

Rooms slightly dated but still nice, no elevator which may be a problem with heavy luggage.

An elevator would of been good as I had a few big bags and was on 3rd floor.

Location.

we were given a room on the top floor, it was very small. In the morning I looked into other rooms while they were being cleaned, and the rest I must say are larger. In ours, it was impossible to turn around, and besides, the tables were covered with plexiglass with sharp edges sticking out. I scratched my leg until it bled. What is the probability that someone infected has not been scratched there before? because it’s impossible to walk through without getting hit in the dark. not to mention the fact that you will have to rack your brains before getting into the shower.

Big room and toilet.The breakfast was good.

Location is the best. Not far from the train station and the city centre. Surrounded by the Alps ❤️

Didn't know about the triple socket. However we got an adapter from the staff. Grateful for this☺️

It was very clean, comfortable. The owner was very service oriented. Great quite location

Staff, location, very spacious apartment. We did not use mini kitchen but seemed well equipped as well. Very good selection for breakfast buffet. And the view from the balcony!Very friendly staff. If you are arriving with the car, there are free reserved spots (better to ask the staff for the location) and affordable garage parking in 3 min walk.

It was not an issue for us, however the hotel is in historical building, so no elevator.Family room was a bit pricey for our short stay as a small group, but should be fine for bigger family

Location was excellent in a beautiful little town, great view of the mountains with nice bars. Room was good for an overnight stay, Nice breakfast

Great location, nice breakfast, easy parking, great shower and spacious room. Manager was able to relocate us from top floor to first level.

Aircon was inadequate and and winter bedding didn’t help.

Sadly, the description on Booking is far from the reality, stating things that do not exist to present itself as a fancier establishment. The hotel feels ancient and stuck in past decades. There is no air condition, and other small things are also missing from the description (such as slippers, air purifiers, or parquet floors). There were stains in the sheets, spider webs in the furniture, the chairs were worn out, and there was no shampoo in the shower. The room was too warm in the night, and difficult to sleep in. Very bad wifi connection. No real fruit selection in breakfast.

Location is very good and central to Bad Ragaz

If you advertise that there is Air Conditioning and book a room because of that you should have it!My room had a fan and when I asked at reception he told me that was Air Conditioning and it didn’t get that hot!!!Not acceptable.
