- Could use a few more electrical plugs in the rooms, the location is not walking friendly if you want to visit the town center, there are no shower curtains in the bathroom and the key card didn't work sometimes. But I'm struggling to find these bad things - all in all, it's a really good experience.

It felt more like a budget offering, which was disappointing given how upscale everything else was. Another point to be aware of: there's an event room nearby, and if there’s a party or event going on, it can be quite noisy – not ideal if you're trying to rest.

They hosted a party in the hotel so we heard music until 5am and could not sleep There are smoke detector in the rooms that blinks with a light so during the night it’s hard to sleep The pool is extra charge which is very disappointing (it’s written on Booking but you really have to dig to find this information so I thought we could use the pool and was sad that we couldn’t, especially as the hotel was empty).

Restaurant is expensive for what it is. Breakfast was a disjointed mess. No options offered, only a "standard" breakfast. The waiter had to be asked for a no meat option. No juice etc. In conclusion not 4*

Everything was great! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is in a very quiet area, with lots of parking space. The food is great. The spa is a must see. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Spa its on charge, and the facilities are not ready to use, we had to call to get the sauna turned on.

This is a SPA hotel, but they did not have massageThe restaurant is horrible: The dinner we had was uneatable, we ordered Cesar salat and burgers - the salat tasted of old fish oil and the burgers was overcooked and cold. The breakfast was ok.The menu is to smal and the restaurant it self to light.Better go some place else to eat
A very pleasant surprise in Valcea, after a long day on the road you can relax and enjoy the spa, the bed was divine, the pillows wonderful, the food excellent and the staff were very friendly . Will definitely come back
What a beautiful hotel!! ? Everything is bright new and made with excellent material and good taste. We are frequent travellers and we know hotels, this one is between our Best. The spa is great, with everything you may need for a great start over. The luxury rooms are perfect taste and cleanliness. The restaurant is like a 3 ⭐ Michelin, we spent a lovely night in a stunning ambiance. We would like to thank the staff for this beautiful stay. Surely one of the best hotels in Rumanía. All the best.
