Room price is a bit too expensive for such a location. Food was a bit overpriced for the quality.

Very hospitable and welcoming staff, willing to help and make your stay safe and enjoyable. We appreciated the opportunity to experience the Spa with different types of saunas and steam rooms, with pools indoors and outdoors.The outdoor bar was open and there were plenty to choose from, including hot or cold beverages and ice creams or smoothies.The rooms were clean and spacious, with TV aerial and access to online platforms such as Netflix or Prime.The food, cooked by Chef Ionut Laba, a competitor in the Chefi la Cutite, cooked delicious fresh food for everyone, even for fussy eaters. Thank you to the kitchen staff and to the restaurant staff for the way they served us with a smile on their faces, even on 40 degrees weather.The dining area was indoors and outdoors, with the possibility to see the beautiful countryside landscape or stay indoors where air conditioning was available.The parking was free and there were plenty of spaces available to use. The bar was 24/7 with possible drinks available late at night.A beautiful location on top of the hill with opportunities to explore and extend your stay.

The massages were all booked one month before.We did not expect we couldn't have any massages available.It would have been good if they worned us before that we need reservation

The Spa is excellent in every aspect.Relaxing atmosphere overall, feeling like a retreat.Good food, welcoming staff, clean rooms.

Everything was perfect, the food was very good, the staff very friendly, the location extremely beautiful

We loved the location, the food and the spa.

We had to pay the entrance at the pool and sauna as we made the reservation through booking and not directly on their website. We received thought a 50% discount.

I always loved it here from the moment they opened and I make sure every year I come home I make sure I spend a few days here with my daughter who absolutely loves your place.

Sadly, through no fault of the hotel this year was less enjoyable and that is because of guests...every year the quality of the guests decline, they are loud and sometime rude so I'm afraid this was the last time I visited Forest retreat.

The swimming pool and spa were excellent. The massage professionals were excellent The location and food was excellent

HUGE ISSUE OF THE SPA AND OUTDOOR POOL NOT OPEN UNTIL 10am. How does one stay healthy if I cannot swim early in the morning. Very very poor management and understanding of human health. 1. Advertising a Spa hotel and then having to pay a daily rate to use the facilities is totally unacceptable.2. No small size portions no for children. Therefore increasing the budget huge financial outlay at the end of the stay.3. Having a poolside bar that had nothing but smoothies and alcohol.4. Having an ice cream area at the pool bar that had no ice cream in it for enjoyment of adults and children.5. No poolside snacks.6. Dangerous tiles around the indoor pool and children and adults were falling and sustaining injury every day. Clearly these large times are not NON-SLIP. They are a danger. No-one acknowledged this and doing nothing about this health and safety issue.7. We booked the large house and we’re put into the main hotel rooms, yet the house was free of occupancy.8. Please be honest in your advertising and please respond when clients ask for information. My husband is Romanian, yet could not contact the resort in order to speak with anyone pre- arrival.

Nice service in restaurant and reception.

Not so nice personnel at the pool. I have asked for dry towels and they said that i,m too late... just after 15.00The pool needs more cleaning. It smels in the afternoon.

????Fantastic place ? View, staff, owners, food, spa ? Everything ? Our plan was to stay for 1 night ?? It ended up with 4‼️? We just didn’t want to leave ? My boyfriend hurt his foot earlier, and the people here took so good care of us‼️They called the hospital and sent a person with us to the emergency ? just to make sure everything was ok ❤️ V.I.P. feeling all the way?? Also from the ?hotel ➡️ hospital ??‍⚕️ ➡️ pharmacy ?? ➡️ and back ????Our stay at this hotel and România overall ?❤️?? The people are so friendly and helpful ❤️??❤️ I will totally recommend everybody to come here ? Both to the country and Forest Retreat and Spa ???✅❤️ 10 of 10‼️

Great Staff & Cool Spa Also nice food

Rooms:Had issue with 1st Room (111) was not up to standard, 2nd room (101) were better Late note: recived massge after booking that the spa its not incloded so we had to pay with 50% discount. Amount is small and value is great but should be mentioned erlier befor booking.

The Spa facilities were amazing, staff very polite and the food excepțional .

The reason I gave a lower note is that the apartament provided was not what I had on the image provided. I have paid £195 for two night and the conditions were not as expected. The apartament had a lounge but TV wasn’t working and the facilities were not 4 stars!

The pool inside, the food even if it was very expensive, the atv, the landscape.

bikes didn.t work, atvs worked only one 1 day, one piece, the outside pool was cool in august and not clean, we paid a lot for a double room and it was in the attic, with a glass in top, it was not nice at all, with a shared balcony. The room was ok.ish as surface and clean.ish.

Loved the fact that the staff is pet/animal friendly; staff very helpful and nice; tasty food; peace and tranquility everywhere around the property; great time in jacuzzi; loved the outdoor pool.

More careful when scheduling massages, as everyone should be able to benefit from an appointment while staying at the place. (Issue : few masseuses)

I liked The stuff and The food.

I didn't liked The fact that there were dogs at The property.

Cleanliness, facilities, staff, situated in a quiet area with a calming atmosphere and a nice scenery, close to a small supermarket, the spa is clean and nice.

Everything was excelent. The food was very tasty.The staff was very friendly.

The prices were a little high.
