NOVO Boutique Hotel

Very good breakfast, good location for our purpose.

Room was not ready when we arrived late at night. Was a bit of miscommunication, but that was fixed in a timely manner by the staff.

Spacious room. Renovated bathroom. Good air conditioning.

The pictures are far better than the reality. The bed super uncomfortable, the couch broken. Cockroaches in the bathroom.

Clean and spacious room, excellent Breakfast, very kind accomodation staff.

Ease of checking in late at night (access codes sent by phone). Cleanliness. Size of the room.

Looked like they had.a burst pipe and hadn't redecorated the wall.

Big room, good location, nice breakfast.

The minibar(minifridge) was to loud, the beds were a little soft for our taste.

The room was big

There was no service consciousness, at breakfast we had to ask for another meal for our 2 year old. There was only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and there were no crib, although we asked for it

The level of cleaning was excellent and I say as a experienced housekeeper in hilton hotel and resort London .

I dont have any dislike for this property

Nice comfy and clean Parking is in the road in front of the hotel

Good

No parking even it is in description. Only few places on city road outside the property. Not recommended for motorcyclists.

We liked the cleanliness and the easy check-in procedure

Stayed in room 15The bathroom door needs to be fixed, closes only if you lock-itCeiling fan in the bathroom is really noisyAir conditioning needs to be cleaned

We arrived later than the Check in time but the receptionist was there to welcome us. Also, had a simple but tasty breakfast available with eggs/omelets, coffee, tea prepared on demand.

If it was a warmer day, we could have had more difficulty to sleep because there was only one ventilator and no A/C. Also the windows didn't have "net" to keep the mosquitos out.

The room was very spatious and clean, while the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also very good. The modern way to unlock the door was interesting and new to me.

We loved that we were able to check in ourselves, the linen and towels were clean, the flat was neat and tidy.. The location is great near everything, the breakfast was also great. As our vacation card didn't worked they would offered the breakfast. The staff was easy going and very helpful. We enjoyed staying at Novo boutique and for sure we'll get back. Thank you for everything, appreciate it.

They can do better with the hangers, it's not a showstopper but I believe it would be great to get some other type of hangers

Spacious room with big high bed, flat TV. Nice bathroom with a big shower in it.

The wi-fi didn't want to work (connected without internet). There are few parking lots in front of the property (5-6 places), that could be occupied by anyone in town.

the size of room, value/ money

Late Breakfast start

The big room, staff, cozy bed, clean

Clean, nice and helpful staff. Will be back again

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Confy, clean, quiet, nicely furnished.

The Room was really clean and nice. It’s was absolutely enough space for 3 people with additional sofa for my daughter. And we was driving longer then expected, so with message from receptionist with code from entering and room door was easy to get in. Breakfast was personally for us)) and it was really good! Will come on the way back)))

The host was very kind and friendly. The room was pretty and very clean.
