Lovely cosy, comfortable rooms with lovely friendly staff

The iron in the room didn’t work But everything else was great!

All staff were fab, special thanks to the guy who whipped us up a few cocktails! The hotel was clean and our room was very spacious. There was a function happening downstairs and we couldn’t hear a thing from our room. The food was good in the bar and parking was available. Street parking was plentiful too and the town is so quiet I wouldn’t even worry about leaving the car overnight. Chemist and Centra nearby if needed. Also, there’s a gorgeous lake 2 mins away where we sat and enjoyed the view.

We were so happy with our stay so n/a.

It was friendly and welcoming. It was warm - the weather was -3 outside There was water in the rooms There was a TV in the room The bed was really comfortable The sheets were really nice quality The bar food was good The location was great.

The bathroom is quite dated especially the bath Brown water came out of the taps when I filled the bath

I had a lovely stay ,... i use a walking stick , there is no lift and the car park has space for max 4 cars. You can park on the street, and i got a space right outside the door . Keep a low expectation and all will be good.

I just had poached eggs for breakfast both days and they were perfect. The hotel is spotless .. there is a lovely little bar there too. Staff v pleasant

Made welcome when I arrived and safe parking for the bike, the hotel and room were excellent, the food fantastic

Music and TV noise at night from other rooms. Doors banging. No soundproofing. Could hear the man or woman in the next room snoring loudly all nightCould even hear conversations. Wouldn't stay again..

I asked to move rooms because of a smaill issue and the obliged immediately.

I wish there was a bigger parking lot. The lot was so small i had to ask someone who worked there to move my car on to the street as i was worried i would bump someone else’s car. The gentleman kindly helped me.

Lovely hotel very comfortable food was delicious staff were great will definitely be back vest steak meal that I have had for years thanks to all the staff and especially eamonn the manager ?

Staff were very friendly and attentive

Room was fine but attention needed to cleanliness in bathroom (stains on bath panel - radiator needs painted as rusty) Also dust down sides of beds and around plugs

Lovely comfortable hotel with a nice bar and great breakfast.For the price it was really good. It's only a 9 as I hold 10's for the most lux places but really great hotel for the money.

Walls a bit thin so could hear people through the walls quite easily.

Parking, carpark very small, plenty of space on road but not happy to leave motorbike there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. So pleased with the stay overall. Bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was lovey with a great time range of breakfast in the morning. No issues at all. Dinner was lovely too. Thank you.
