Views from hotel lobby was good .

I arrived at 11 pm , there was no restaurant or food available .I had to sleep without dinner .It was bad experience .

The room, the lounges were very nice. The view is of course stunning

I had arrived by train/bus and there was no easy to see way to get up the hill to the hotel. I called but the messages were only in Swedish so I couldn’t get help. When I left and needed to get back to the town the staff was not knowledgable about transport options. Fortunately another guest checking out at the same time offered me a ride

Breakfast was good.

No hot water in the bathroom.-1 outside and window open, still too warm in the room.Can not make the room dark because passive lights in the room.Staff did not care very much about any of the issues.

The location and view is really nice.

It is not the first time we stay at this hotel, but this time was definitely the last time. We gave it another chance but the staff were not very friendly at all especially the hovmästare / head waitress! It's the 2nd time we've encountered her and her sheer rudeness and lack of customer service is really disappointing. In addition, the food quality is quite mediocre and the value for the money really is not there. The beds were quite comfortable, however for 200€ a night, the room was really small and there was no airflow - it was extremely hot and we could not sleep even with the window open. The spa is nice but it is not very sanitary, some areas were really slippery because of the grime and slime and in some areas where the drains are, there was a bad smell and left over waste such as snus and trash.

Have been staying at this hotel for the past 6 years. Every time best service, good food and good drinks!

Nothing the hotel can't change, temperatures outside are fairly warm at night. Causing me to not sleep very well at night.

The Spa was excellent

The rooms were really hot, and the fan only had when speed, and the light stays on. A/c is needed in the summer as there is little fresh air.

The breakfast is exellent. Alla you want and beyond. The breakfast and view is why I keep coing back.

The food in restaurant is tasteless, boring and expensive, the staff (mostly teens) knows nothing about being surviceminded! The whole experience is a big bummer.The drinks at bar are aweful. Guys! You need a real bartender!

I like the view. Swimming pool, hot and cold tubs are OK.

It was hot during the summer and there was no air flow in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We have to go to the reception to ask for new towels and bedsheets and we do the change of bedsheets by ourselves.

Buffet for 20€ was actually outstanding.

Dirty windows.If you are driving bigger and heavier motorcycles oder low laying sport cars ….it could be extremely tricky to reach your destination.

A/C was controlled centrally only and it was very hot in the room. I missed potatoes and veggies on the breakfast selection.

I thought that the view was spectacular! Amazing!! I loved the hotel, all the furniture and hanging chairs made it feel very special and cool to be there. The staff checking in were all very friendly and interested in making our stay the best. The spa is very nice. I loved my stay and have told many friends that they need to go there.

The floor in the spa is too slippery to use the slippers given. That is a bit of a liability for the hotel that you might want to think about. Even with bare feet, people were slipping a lot. The breakfast was great! The room was great except that the beds separated all the time. It would be a good idea to have some kind of latch to keep them together.

I I loved the price, location, friendly staff. Facilities especially the spa, loved the buffe,the rooms were clean, fresh carpets. The interior design is soo beautiful, bedding so comfy and comfy. It's a place away from home way more luxurious and feels like home for a perfect get away.

Since the hotel sits on top of the mountain, the views are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful views over Sollefteå from your room. Everything had a very high standard and the breakfast was great. We ate dinner as well which was surprisingly cheap. Skiing starts just outside the hotel door.

they made everything possible to accommodate us. when we complained for a problem with the room they changed us directly and also helped us when we couldn’t find a taxi.
