Pros +
- The hotel had a mini refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, and silverware, including a wine bottle opener. All of this for under $--- per night. I definitely recommend Adagio in general, as well as this particular one (Paris, France, on the C line).
- Friendly staff, good location, closed to Metro and shopping center, good price, gat everything I need in my room.. love it !!
- Close to metro and safe and calm and the staff are more than good
Cons -
- The heater is not hot enough.. I gat cold at night ☺️
- I chose it because I needed a parking. It was not possible to reserve a parking online and when I was there they said the parking is full!!
- I could not figure out how to use the stove. Visitors could benefit from some written instructions. And I had to ask for help to find the washing machine, and I'm so glad the man came down and helped me figure it out! I'm also so grateful the hotel HAS a washing machine!

Everything was good except for the parking.

This hotel is a great value and very clean, and your room comes with a kitchen!

Whenever I’m on a solo trip, I stay here :) It’s near the station (line 8, baby pink) and has a nearby supermarket. The rooms are complete now with dishwashing liquid and sponge, I even got a tiny fan and other cooking needs. The staffs were kind enough to let me stay in the lobby for about an hour before heading for my train.
The search for an apartment in Paris during the peak of the holiday season is not the easiest of tasks if you want to stay on a budget side and have a car to park safely during your stay. This aparthotel met all of our needs, but did leave us with a desire to come back here again in the future. On the bright side, it is well placed, relatively close to the center of Paris and just minutes away from the metro station. There are stores next door and the area seems safe even after dark. You can park your car in garage just across the street for an extra fee. The room is basic, but clean. The kitchen and the bathroom seem to be worn out and could use some major refreshing. The biggest down side is the lack of AC in the room, which on a hot summer day and night has proven to be a major miss. Also, especially in the bathroom, the smells from cooking in other rooms seem to be getting in easily, which may be not so pleasing if what they cook is not to your liking :) ... keep all of this in mind when planning your Paris get away holiday :) ...
The location ,the studio
The carpet in the hallway had big stain. The light in the hallway who doesn’t turn on when you enter by itself when you enter.
Clean. Adequate minimum of equipment. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. There are underground station and supermarket nearby.
Though asked specifically, I got a noisy room, day or night, always with headphones to live. Motorbikes are the worst. Windows best kept shut. Could be more consumables like salt/sugar/etc. No paper towels, kettle, iron. Is it synthetic bed lining or hard water but it's itchy in the bed. On some day I felt a faint smell of gas leakage though heating and kitchen are electric. Poor WiFi signal.
This type of hotel matches my style of travel, but may not be for everyone. There's no daily housekeeping service, unless you request it, so you need to be OK with that. You can keep food in the refrigerator and cook if you want to, but you must clean up after yourself. Also, it's somewhat far from central Paris, but I appreciated being away from the mass of tourists and it was fun getting to know the metro, which is quick and efficient. The area around the hotel has many amenities, including a variety of restaurants and markets. There was even an optician in the area, which I used once. Many bus lines service the area as well, though I didn't use any of them. This is a homelike experience while you're traveling, so if that's what you're looking for, look no further!
I washed my clothes in the on-site washing machine, but didn't want to put some items in the dryer. So I would like a rack for hanging wet clothes. During my stay I accumulated a lot of items for recycling, so it would also be nice to have a special bin for these items. There was a fan in the room but it was on a timer so it didn't stay cool for more than a short period.
The hotel is close to the metro, which provides easy access to the center of Paris. Nearby there is a supermarket, shops, fast food.
The condition of the hotel is very modest, but it's fine for the money.
-It's close to the metro-It's decent enough for a few nights' stay
-Photos make it look more modern than it is-The hot water gets very hot. I burnt myself on the shower tap, as it gets extremely hot-Noise from close-by traffic
Problem with parking.
The app says there is parking, but when we arrived there was no parking.
Most of all we would like to thank the staff at the aparthotel, especially Baptiste. He was extremely helpful and friendly! Also, the location of the hotel is great, you can easily reach any part of Paris by metro. Highly recommended!
It is good to have a whole apartment for that price, including a coffee machine and an hair-dryer and the bed was confortable. The metro is near and the neighborhood is actually quite pleasant.
It's a bit run-down. Immediately upon our arrival we had to call matenance to fix the closet door, then a few hours lated also the shower door broke and we had to shower without a door for the whole weekend. The bathroom airvent opens to the kitchen which is not only unsanitary but frankly unpleasant, and there is a constant currant of air in the room.
They changed our hotel, which was very difficult, as we were a group of 4 families. On the first and last night, the hot water stopped working. The employee was very rude, insulting, and pointed his finger in my husband's face and told us not to take a shower. We asked for a repair or another room, and he laughed at us. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he would call the police. Worst service. Be careful, because you are not welcome as a guest here.
-Shower only had cold water after 10pm-Mold in the shower-stained mattress-weird smell in the staircase-WiFi changed password without notification-elevator under maintenance-very overpriced
The location close to a subway station; the apparently safe neighbourhood; the proximity to restaurants and supermarkets; the staff was friendly; and the price was reasonable.
The facilities badly need maintenance and renovation; the hallway smells like mold; the room could be better cleaned (dust everywhere and we found hair on a spare pillow); the toilet doesn’t flush properly; there’s no air conditioning; the hot water isn’t enough for two people; and the kitchen vent is noisy.
-staff was very kind-location near the metro station-kitchen equipped with everything -soundproofing windows
Actually don’t know where to start. Floors and corridors smell very bad. Moquette on the floor is the most dirty thing I’ve ever seen. The first room was dirty, we found bugs on the floor walking around and bed sheets were dirty with black dirt tracks on white. We asked for a change and they changed us immediately the room. The corridor and the moquette there…were still super dirty, but the room was cleaner than the other one. The bathroom was ok, but we found other bugs also there. The forniture in general, the room and all the hotel maybe would need a total renovation.
The location is perfect. Huge Auchan is right next door, metro (line 8) within walking distance.Cutlery and kitchen equipment look brand new. Quite clean, staff clean everything very thoroughly, vacuuming all rooms.Quiet neighborhood, good view from the window.
The facility conditions could have been better..... The furniture is too old, in the bathroom the curtain was a bit pointless.A full-length mirror was not enough in the apartment.
