From the lobby through the lifts , through the corridor, it all smells cigarette smoke.I could hardly sleep with the smell in my noseThe toilet was not clean, with faece stains..The mattress had very visible dirty stains.

Service is so bad, and the room isn’t like on photo is different not comfortable and not clean and very not good smell honestly is not good for kids

HelloStaf not whaiting good we was whaiting 2 uor up the make the rooms free for us.. It was drty every where, smel of smoke every where. The big problem I was with kinder and it was too cold we have slepeed in one room with clodhes. Even i have order 2 rooms.I like money back for one room because of cold we have sleep four person in one room in one bad. I left the hotel at 7 am.( I was nervous we can not stay there like animals.) Now my kids take medikament. Thank you for your understanding

Non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke for both of the rooms we used. Staff were not overly friendly. The mattress was not a proper mattress but was just a foam topper type thing. The area we were in was not a nice area at all and was very worrying.

I feel very uncomfortable

Police coming to room for ride in midnight and disturbing

The hotel did not meet...

There were no water or tea-making facilities in the room. To get hot water, I had to go down to the reception each time. Even then, the staff were reluctant to provide more than two cups, stating they couldn’t offer more than two paper cups. As a result, I had to reuse the same cups and make multiple trips to the reception just to get hot water.

The staff were nice

The shower was broken, I did complain and was promised a different room but nothing was done about it

The building itself lacks signage etc. The foyer and common areas are tired and rundown. Location is not easily walkable to RER (>1km)

The pictures shown on the website is totally different from what is on the ground. The rooms are not well maintained. They are old with weird smell. The rooms are not clean either. The carpets are dirty, the corridor carpers are dirty and worn out. Bad bad!

They need to refurbish the whole building. The facility is not well maintained as the rooms are old. They need to replace the bedsheets and get better beds.

It was absolutely the dirty place I’ve ever been. I can not recommend it to somebody and I complained to the staff

There was not much in the room no kettle, no toilet brush, very basic room, for your money

Bus not arrived in station we using boltBreakfast can be better Noise outside all time One thing very important bed bugs it's there I have more than 50 spot on body whit bugs bits Bed not clean and room tooNothing in room like kettle or anything else Traveling to town centre can be long time for example to Latin part you need bus then metro then other metro then walking all that over one hour Bolt can be faster around 30e from hotel

Facilities and room were very good indeed .The breakfast i thought was exceptionally good in variety and choice . It certainly set me up for the day .

Nothing to do with the Hotel but finding an eating place within a reasonable distance is a no no without transport or taking the bus into Le Bourget itself at a weekend as the Hotel is in an industrial area fundamentally closed at the weekend. So the 3 nearby Brasseries where I walked were closed sadly for a snack or better .I am sure they are open Monday/Friday .

Great central location in a small suburb, walking/bus distance to train station.

Said online it’s 5 min from Stade De France although this was via the train which was a 30 minute walk. Not the cleanest of facilities and VERY small rooms.

Room size was as expected. Staff were pleased. Breakfast was included in room charge and average. Check in and out was easy.

Shower rail was broken and had been removed. SO clearly broken for some time. So I had no chance to wash my hair. One plug socket was also broken, but there was a second to use
