Campanile PRIME - Paris Pantin

Looks clean

I killed one bloody bed bug on second day of my stay, then my nightmare started after that.. I have full back of patches and itches every day,and getting worse and worse. Never stay again even if it looks clean and neat.

I love that it is just steps away from the metro hoche. The staff were very helpful.

It was a small French hotel and the hotel overbooked so they had to send us to another hotel for the first night and then back to theirs for the rest of the time. With our luggage it made it hard to switch multiple times.

The bed was comfortable and it had a great shower. Also it was close to the metro

Next to metro station. And food options.

Bedbugs beware. Found a live bedbug unfortunately in morning. Took video and showed the staff. They said they would address it. My partner had bites on leg and was scratching the whole following day.. punaise de lit découvert vivant.

Too little space to move around comfortably. Too small closet space , right next to the bed. Not cosy, especially with the big wall light at the side wall. Not worth the price overall.

Great value, very easy access to Central Paris by metro.

Near a metro. 30 minutes to everywhere. Clean and decent price for Paris.

Clean and nice room.Very polite staff.

Not in a nice neighborhood.Dont answer my messages on booking.Only one towel for all your body, not a different for face and hands.

Comfortable, clean and good facilities

The area is a little intimidating

Staff very helpful

Would have liked drawers and couldn't plug in my phone charger.

Clean, cozy room, responsive staff metro station less than a minute

The location was just perfect! There’s a metro station in front of the hotel which is easy access!

The shower and the floor. It’s newly renovated but not renovated properly. The shower was broken and the door shower doesn’t close fully which means that water always comes out and the floor is always wet !!

Good for this price, friendly staff, great and save parking option, very close to metro, clean room.

Extra towel would’ve been nice.

Clean Location Staff Weather

Only one chair in double roomNo refrigerator No dishes No wall hangers

Room was clean and staff was nice.

The location is a little off but for the price is wonderful 1 sec from the metro Hoche

Location. Value for money. Very close to metro and shoping center. Small but with good design room.

Threre was no rooms with separate beds. This year breakfast more expensive but that is small problem becouse of many options near hotel

The check-in and check-out were super smooth

The room didn't have a fridge and if you're not an early bird like me, you will get woken up by the sound of vaccuming in the morning. Also, the lock on the door didn't work very well

Beds are so comfortHotel is very cleanThey chngle your towels every day and clean the room every day

Clean bathroom. Comfortable Bed arrangement. Hot water available 24/7. Metro station 2 minutes walk. Super market one minute walk. Elevator available to access the room. 24/7 front desk staff

The hotel is right next to the metro, which is brilliant if you’re planning to go out and about. The hotel and room was cosy and felt safe, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the sink and toilets were blocked, which ruined the stay and made our visit uncomfortable. Also, the area is a bit rough and there isn’t much nearby to do. However, the hotel is right next to the metro, which is brilliant if you’re planning to go out and about.
