Problème avec les robinets difficiles a se servir, lumières qui ne fonctionne pas et piles de la telecommande pour la tv non plus

Not a hotel. More like an inn/motel. Dirty facility, filthy neighborhood. All common services were unavailable (breakfast, fitness, laundry, etc.). No hospitality(rude) no daily cleaning and they tried to charge me for towel - I had to fight for it

Nothing! I left at the first 20 minutes!

The hotel is in a very sketchy area of Paris. That wouldn't have been a big problem if the hotel was good, but it turned out that this hotel is horrible. The hallway stinks, no air conditioning, dark, old and bad wi-fi signal.

The area is pleasant, the RER is just at 100m, the same for the metro. Many supermarkets all around. The rooms are quired, no noise.

Nothing as far as I can see.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. There was a kitchen so we can prepared food easily.

Unfortunately the bath tub wasn't working,but the bathroom at all was good

30 mins away from Paris center, less than an hour because of traffic. Acceptable for me.

Lack of toilet amenities, only one piece of soup and body bath shampoo.

I went there for a concert in the La Villette park and it was pretty close by foot, so the position was good for what I needed.

The halls smelled pretty badly, probably due to the moquette. The room was very dirty, a lot of hair and stains everywhere. There were NO SHEETS, only some quilts we had to lay ourselves. The bed and sofa bed were stained, as well as the windows. The receptionist told us the hotel usually asks for a deposit in case guests ruin something (but we wouldn't have to do that because we only stayed one night), but the room was already ruined before we set foot in it!

It was close to the la Villette zénith and it was really clean and comfortable!

The 150€ pre authorized fee

You took 150€ from me but you haven’t returned it. I checked with my bank but they said there’s no problem at their end

Location for my work event

Whole place felt dirty, awful corridors shared with other companies, room smelt soooo strong of cigarette smoke. They didn’t mention they wanted €150 up front as a deposit for damages from a card. But I did not have a physical card. Staff were really nice. But the rooms are terrible and smelly.

Clean, quiet, good location, helpful staff.Lot of space, comfortable. And HOT water in the shower ?

When next door neighbour cooked fish my room smelt like a chippy place ? ventilation system is terrible.I also missed a kettle a lot. They have a capsule coffee machine instead :/Bit pricey for what you get, , but I guess that's Paris for you.

Location was ideal for the venue I was attending, and the Metro.Having I microwave was helpful and a money saver.Generally functional.

It was a bit run down. The shower fixture needed to be higher and tighter.Needs some general maintenance, repainting and replastering, etc.

Run down, but nice to have cooking possibilities

The hob for cooking. Near Zenith for concert. Facilities near. Bread shop and supermarket.

Staff friendly and helpfull.Location was perfect for my trip to Cabaret Sauvage where a concert was held.

Stayed one night in november. Cold outside, and cold inside the hotel, guess around 18 degrees in the room. Old worn hotel, rooms not up to normal standard. Breakfast is prepared by the reception! and not very exciting, not like the ordinary breakfast restaurant at hotels.

I didn’t like anything about it. It looked like a place that was under siege. It was grubby, the convenience machines were broken in the lobby and looked like they were for a long time. There is no proper signage for the hotel just a strip of white canvas with the hotels name hanging from poles outside the entrance. It didn’t feel safe.

No parking available. The reception was situated on the first floor which I thought was weird. I could barely converse with the receptionist in regards to finding a suitable place to park our vehicle. We did eventually manage to get parking but it was 1 kilometre away from the hotel. Any romantic notions we had of Paris evaporated with this stay.

Disaster

The pictures and price are completely misleading. The place is not clean, overused, didn’t feel safe neither at the property nor in the surroundings. Completely overpriced.

Old building but the room was comfortable, clean and nice. This hotel was in the area needed for a business meetings. Receptionist tried to help with problem with a taxi driver. Also, hotel did not take a deposit as it should, because guest did not have a credit card and cash was not accepted.

Breakfast was poor, without any possibility for guest to choose and it was served in the room. Around hotel was not nice feeling to walk alone in the evening/night.

I liked the fact that the hotel was well located in Paris, but the hygiene left something to be desired.

The staff at the start were passable but the staff at the end were very unpleasant, not attentive, authoritarian and aggressive during the checkout. What's more, they deprived me of my deposit on the grounds that there was a smell of cigarettes in the room, a completely different approach to the staff on the first day.
