Very close to train station. Breakfast worth the price.

Good for accommodation but no shops or cafe there.

The room is clean and comfortable.

There is only few facilities in the room.

Positives were the coffee and orange juice. The meat for breakfast was nice. And I liked that they had oat milk. Croissants were tasty and they had a range of spreads, e.g chocolate. The fact that there were USB ports in the bedroom was good. The bed was comfy also, however wasn’t what I requested

Extremely loud in the morning from cleaners. Banging for hours, and you can hear other rooms. Breakfast wasnt great. Disappointed there was no fresh fruit option. I wouldn’t book again for breakfast. No hot water or tea making facilities in the room. Didn’t even have glasses in the rooms, if you wanted hot water you had to go to reception and then it was hard to get it to your room without burning yourself cos the handles were tiny. I had something I needed to keep cold and was give a tiny cup which barely did anything. The shower flooded the bathroom, making it slippy. No shower curtain, just what appeared to be a disabled shower because it had a seat. Not sure why I’d been given this room when I’d booked a double. Mine was a triple room, but I didn’t request this. The area was okay, cheap which is why I booked but if you stay here be prepared for basic. Would recommend not being out alone after dark as a female as it isn’t the safest. No decent size bins in the room just a tiny one in the bathroom. Also there wasn’t great security for the hotel you could just walk in. There should be somewhere you can identify yourself. Shower took ages to get warm and when it did was scalding hot, adjustments didn’t seem to work very well.

The breakfast was ok and the location is a few minutes from the metro. Also, the RER station for Disneyland is close by. Only one transfer and you're there in no time. It is very quiet at night.

    7ManishPosted on: 11-19-2025

Near the RER station and the area was fine. Breakfast was ok and the Facilties like coffee vending machine, Microwave etc was helpful.

Breakfast was the same everyday ! No change at all. The staff was helpful barring one or two folks. We wanted to use the microwave & wanted plate to heat up the food. Which the guy at reception denied but later gave 1 on lot of request. IMean why do you have microwave of you can’t give plates to heat up the food, I think they expect the guest to carry plates and spoons too !!

It was very clean and had everything I needed. Check in was easy and I liked the door having a passcode so I didn’t have to bring out a physical key with me. It also had a vending machine that I used to buy water rather than going out late at night.

The area surrounding seemed a bit unsafe as a solo female traveller… but that’s not something the hotel has any control over. The lighting in the room wasn’t the best.

    clean

Lighting is too low and washroom doesn't have shower curtains

    1MohammadPosted on: 11-1-2025

    Good location

The room should be for one singe person given the fact of the Bathroom facility is design horribly. The whole room can be considered a shower room with beds. You have to take off your cloths in the room before entering to the cubical, that means, if you have children (3rd person), you cannot take shower.

    7SabrinaPosted on: 10-23-2025

The location was at the right distance from where we needed to go.

They gave us a room for disabled guests even though we hadn't requested one. It was spacious, but the shower was very uncomfortable for us.

    4MareliePosted on: 10-22-2025

    Disappointing

    - Fire alarm going off and no staff guiding guests or giving proper explanations.- Found bed bugs in my bed.- Bathroom has areas of mold.- Air conditioning doesn't work at all.

    7LesliePosted on: 10-6-2025

The helpful staff, connections to metro stations, access to local activities like the swimming pool across the road and the multi sports complex 3 mins walk away.

No kettle in the room. Slightly annoying that I have to go to reception every time I want hot water.

Good Location Easy Public TransportComfy24/7 Staffing

One small lift Lift would stop working for 3 mins if a bag hit the doors

    9PaulPosted on: 9-28-2025

The hotel was clean, had all the basic amenities, breakfast was good with a selection of fresh items. Location was near public transport and the venue we was visiting

    7CínthiaPosted on: 9-7-2025

It's a good price for what it's offered. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom clean and the shower is nice.

I had someone enter my room three times during my one-night stay. I understand that these things can happen, but three times was too much for such a short stay.

    10LetiziaPosted on: 9-5-2025

Everything great. Staff always nice, room perfectly fine, great position and amazing breakfast. We were surprised by the quality of the service. Strongly advice buffet breakfast, very rich and various

    7KimPosted on: 9-2-2025

The family room was nice and big, not cramped at all. The parking is very convenient, directly under the hotel with a lift to go straight to your room. Metro just a 10 minute walk and a quick journey into the centre. Good value for money.

Not enough lights in the room it was very dark. Also, there was an intermittent buzzing coming from somewhere (maybe the plug sockets next to the bed?) which went off every 90 seconds or so which meant it took me ages to get to sleep as it kept waking me up every time I just dozed off. When we arrived our bedroom door was open which I think is a bit sketchy. There was a tray full of plates, left over food and cigarette butts right outside our door that was there when we arrived and still there when we left.

Clean,. comfortable, cheap - a basic but very affordable hotel very near to the centre.

    Nothing, it was great!

    5BenPosted on: 8-5-2025

Good location - convenient for trains into Paris centre. Clean, functional rooms. Reasonable value for money. Car parking is handy.

Rooms are small. No attempt made to locate our 2 rooms close together.
